Installed them but i have a problem One side works fine The other ( driver side ) doesn’t fully light up the side “” bars dont work and im not sure what to do help?

I would try both lights on the side that work to verify if the lights themselves are working. That would rule out bad lights. Then it would indicate a wiring issue.

Can i open the light? It fell to the floor and the directional piece is out of its place

Honestly, I haven't even attempted to take the lights apart. I want to say they are probably sealed to keep moisture out

I am actually still enjoying the lights. However Ovotor, the company that makes those lights reached out to me and sent me a new set of headlights. I'm testing those out as we speak and I should have a video out the next few weeks about the new set. In short I'm pretty happy with them, but I don't want to spoil the next video. Stay tuned to see them in action and I might just have something special to go along with the video.

Do we have to use the the other wires for turn signal and daytime

Yes. Iirc. They are yellow and red.

have you cleaned all the grounds under the hood? I have found that a lot of electrical issues get cleared up with all the grounds are clean and intact. Make sure you have the grounding strap from the firewall to the engine head stud. Also make sure the ground at the oil dipstick is clean and connected.

Can you do a video with those other wires also

I'm not familiar with the express 3500. You would need to use a probe or multimeter to find the signal for the driving lights. That's how I found it for the Jeep. On the Jeep the headlight switch has one click and the driving lights turn on. One more click turns on the headlights. Test the harness with no lights on. Then turn the lights switch to accessory or the driving lights. Test to see what wire has power. Then test the switch with the headlights on and see if the power stays constant. If it stays on . It is most likely the driving lights power wire. That would be the one you want.

It would depend if your headlights were square and 5x7. The plug comes with an adapter that can be used on any 3 spade pin headlight connector

is it plug and play in toyota pickups, no need to rewire?

Unfortunately I don't have a Toyota to test on. However the company includes an adapter that you can wire the main light to fit you application. You do need to do some trial and error.

@@jorickearlbastian253 Toyotas have a double ground system so you'll need to install an H4 headlight relay harness. They run around $20 and aren't hard to install. It's possible later Toyotas are different,but my first gen 4runner is double grounded.

The vent does great. It's not the end all be all of overheat fixes. but it does help keep the under hood temps down.

i have the same exact headlights but i only received the headlights and no extra wires

For this video I had filmed it during my lunch break. So I wasn't able to go all in. I ended up doing an install on the DRLs and turn signal in another video. I have a updated video coming soon.
