floor plan please

It's a small space that could be much better utilised by putting the bedrooms on the upper level and pushing the kitchen back into the ground floor bedroom and bathroom spaces, thereby creating a proper cooking area and more cabinetry in which it might also be possible to dine. A laundry room/guest powder room could also be accommodated. The upstairs bedroom could share a Jack and Jill bathroom, although in the absence of floorplans, I don't know how it's actually configured.

Oh wow, the house is lovely but, i definitely would have to have another way out. Another bath upstairs beautiful ❤

It's beautiful ! But I would replace the fridge with a tower with storage, oven and microwave. I would add some cabinets and counterspace instead of the plant, and I would use the understairs to place the fridge and add a pantry. I know that people want big mastersuite like the one upstairs but the adult don't need that much space to sleep !!! I would use the second floor for the children. And if there's no children, I would use the 1st floor bedroom as a home office and the bathroom as a laundry and toilets.

Very nice. Down stairs bedroom make wheelchair accessible. Put safety handbars.

Ideal for me and my four dogs and two love birds ,the only things I would change would be to remove the tables by the setee to give it more room and have light roller binds up to put down at night but in the day have them up ,apart from that when can we move in !!!!!!!!🤗🇬🇧

Beautiful! The only changes I would make would be in the kitchen, I would remove the plant on the floor and replace it with a floor to ceiling cupboard, on the 2nd floor I would replace the tub with a shower, and I would create hidden storage under the stairs.

That's a good idea, but I love a bathtub. So that would stay.

I didn't see the bathroom sink tap. Just the sink. I also thought you could put in a door under the stairs for storage. There is plenty of room for that. 6:49 I wouldn't have those seats there with the small table. Most people would just be happy with the seating arrangements on the ground floor. That area would be great for a long wall attached floating table with some nice office chairs. Great area for some study away from the traffic downstairs. As for the bath on the top floor, not something I'd use personally. A bit of luxury for a couple if they bought a house like that, but not necessary. I would have installed a small shower and moved the toilet to the wall where the robe is (7:31) so it is not noticeable close to the door. Love the wallpaper that the designer picked out for the bedrooms. Classy looking place and more spacious than the boxed in smaller homes that people could easily grow out of.

this Is a villa if i think about others very small tiny house

I love the floorplan, but I would love a wood/other fuel fireplace to the long wall to the right of the door. A "Nook" in the classic way.
