Clark is a guy that can endure such pain and suffering, but maintain his character. He gets angry, but he doesn't lose control or lose who he is. Stories like Injustice are interesting, but I don't feel they are true to who Clark is. After Injustice, they just became too common

Him losing krypton doesn't seem to bad he knows nothing about it he doesn't know his parents personally, he doesn't know his culture, or anyone besides his cousin he doesn't know about krypton till he was a teenager or adult him wanting to experience life on Krypton makes sense but it being his heart's desire makes know sense he knows nothing but text books and holegrams that's it he has decade's if memories on earth has friends, family, on earth fell in love on earth him wanting to lose all that is stupid he should care about his Kryptonian parents and heritage but him trading his entire life for that is weird his Kryptonian parents didn't raise him he didn't grow with them or know them his entire life just knows them through recordings that's it

Clark has lost control before but he has handled it as best he could, he’s been known for causing property damage since 1938. But a twisted “evil” Superman was pretty common before injustice, just in comics.

When I watched the final episode of STAS, I wasn't expecting Superman to work with darkseid. And I wasn't surprised that he brainwashed him. But I was upset that the people of metropolis hate him now. Especially that scientist that helps him a lot, I really liked him.

I don’t think it’s as simple as them flat out hating him. I think it’s moreso that they’re more afraid of him now because they see what he’s capable of if he just decided one day that he’s done being a hero and instead wants to conquer Earth. Tbf it makes sense and is a rational fear. Or they might also be thinking “what if he gets controlled again!? We’ve obviously seen that it can happen.” If Superman truly wanted to conquer Earth nobody could stop him, not really. They don’t even have to think about the worst case scenario anymore because the worst case scenario has literally already happened, and it was devastating. And it could happen again.

To give a bit more clarity on why Hamilton turned on Superman, it wasn't just that Superman was brainwashed by Darkseid. It was also because he was the one who brought Supergirl to him for medical attention, and at first, Hamilton said no, because he was so adament about what Superman had done. But Superman basically said "You WILL fix her." and terrified Hamilton into cooperating. Superman himself was horrified at what he just did, but the damage had been done.

Hamilton was also afraid of what would happen to him, as helping superman and supergirl basically made him an ally of the invading forces. So Hamilton was looking into some dire consequences for his help, 100 percent death.

This list shows how, despite what many may think, Superman isn't unbreakable. He grew up like us. He's only human.

So the first one is a peric victory. Also that last injustice one... Why does nobody bring up that Lois Lane death in injustds also triggered a nuclear bomb that destroyed Metropolis due to a bio sign trigger implanted into her. Superman don't just lose Lois he lost everything he was trying to protect that was close to him. His wife, child, his home, and, (arguably) his Clark Kent identity. And in his mind it's all his fault.

ya forgot a key detail in injustice: when he killed ois, the joker riggerd a nuke to go off if her heart stopped, which it did. which meant that he killed his wife, his unborn son, damn near all of his friendd in metropolis, and its literally all his fault

1) Superman had lost most of his family, race, and Planet. 2) Superman had been born in the DC Universe. 3) There exists a version of Kryptonite that Superman and countless others absolutely wished never existed. 4) Superman witnessed the death of one of his last living family members. 5) And Superman had suffered through countless other traumatic events that would have been absolutely impossible to bare for most people.

These videos give me and alot of others a lot of joy, and I wanna say I really appreciate these as a new DC fan.

I think the worst for his mental health has to be the Black Mercy. Not only does Superman essentially have his whole "life" be ripped away from him, but now he essentially lives through Krypton's destruction, and then has to watch his true desire be taken away. And then have Mongul laughing in his face on top of that. The Darkseid brainwashing him is a close second. Attacking your adopted homeworld against your will and then having to pick up the pieces of your relationships that had been irreparably damaged is arguably just as heart-wrenching.

I think that injustice was the worst, it was all real, he had his friend, the love of his life, his unborn child and the entire population of his city killed, his father also dies, and when he realizes what he's done that puts even more on him

Injustice without a doubt. The city blew up, jimmy’s dead, his son and wife are gone by his hand. And everyone he knows within the city are gone. Making everything he worked for absolutely nothing. Proving once and for all the joker is right about the one bad day from the killing joke.

In my opinion the injustice Fate is possibly the worst one of them all because he goes from being a beloved superhero to the 1 thing joker wanted him to be a villain

One of the worst is definetly the time Superman got his deapest truest desire. In the injustice continuity superman was drugged by a demon to have dreams of him not killing Lois that day, Lois survived and the joker was arrested but in the batmobile where the joker and batman were having a chat Batman snapped The joker’s neck killing him. Clark lived happy, he married with Lois, he got a daughter and eventually that daughter took the mantle of superman becoming the next supergirl but in the sunset where an old clark kent and Lois lane were sitting on the sunset looking at there daughter filled with love and pride. Only for clark to wake up to reality. His anger spiralled never before and he made a vow never to sleep again.

He's come back! What a gift!

The dc horror story that came out a couple of years ago on Friday the 13th where everyone becomes a zombie and superman was the only survivor and its not deceased.

I lost all my family members and significant other over the last few years, yeah being constantly alone after having everything you want is. Whatever the opposite of happy is.

the justice league apakolips war timeline is probably one of the best next to justice league unlimited the animated series. it's dark but it gives room for the team to all grow and shows why DC is best with animated series. also actually wrote aqua man and his wife well and gave damian development. if you got HBO max watch it

For the Flashpoint Superman, you should've also mentioned how Superman viewed Cyborg as his greatest/best friend. Therefore, despite returning to the battlefield to help, he was too late and couldn't save his best friend, the person that freed him. To add to his horrible life experience. To add more, he gets freed only to then later presumably get annihilated by the giant explosion of Captain Adam. Meaning Superman got free, and therefore a glimmer of hope, but that was quickly taken away by him failing to save his best friend Cyborg, and also dying very soon after.

I feel like people focus on Krypton’s fate way too much when it comes to Clark’s life. Like yes it’s his origin and resulted in his species being endangered. However it happened when he was a baby. He doesn’t even remember it. He’s human in all but genetics and even then it seems that he’s close enough to us that he can have viable offspring with one of us. So yeah I’m sure it’s definitely a sad thing to have a culture you can’t explore but it’s far from the worst thing

Flash point was the worst one by far because I actually have the same experience of being isolated for my whole life and it ruin me as a person where I can't even be around people I was abuse by my mom at 6-7 where I was forced too stay in the house all the way until I turned 16, when i turned 17 I ran away and moved to my uncle, I still cry thinking of him for teaching me how to fight, how to be a man and take care of myself, how to socialize and how to control my emotions because I would get angry so easily about everything and he just took that pain away. I'm 20 right now still learning how too do basic adult stuff since all my teenage years are gone forever and i have to restart again from scratch so I truly understand superman in Flashpoint because it's literally the worse torture you can do to somebody.... //now I'm 21 and everything has gotten a bit easier, she apologized too me severely in a way that she regretted her behavior, I also apologizing for not speaking too her in 3 years, I've got my own place, I'm working as a car mechanic and actually visit my family again in person last month and it was great, now I feel like everything with be okay for now on.

One forced to be alone by circumstances beyond his control and the other allowed himself to be alone and not realizing the need for companionship in friends until it is too late. For me it is COVID and HS Graduation. I hope I can find my peace as he has found his.

I'd say my number one for Superman would be injustice as you see his slow decline to going into a dictator in the comics which was pretty good early on. other one probably jlu where he was thrown around by everyone with politics.

Black Mercy: I have been in such situation, it heals slowly, with a lot of psychological health care. It is like addiction mixed with PTSD, not recommended.

I would say the black mercy is by far the saddest one. When we are young, you dont know or remember what you seen and done. This thing done this to him as a adult. The mental instabilities coming from that is unbearable

I agree with what you said on the injustice movie but when saw the trailer I thought it will be like year one and then the second film would be year 2 but the film was really good.

The worst thing that has ever happened to superman is the evil Superman trope. The evil superman idea has ruined the the idea of the Man of Steel.

I do belive Injustice was the worst one, he not only lost everything to the point of going insane but he also blamed himself for that, even in Darkseid war he was able to keep that idea of "hope" on him, but in Injustice that hope was turned into suffering and insanity.
