Agreed! Need to not only know the technique but also WHEN to use them

any tips on not tripping, sometimes I just trip or fall usually during the stem or lose balance sometimes its while not even being guarded I thing I twist my legs up ?

Would say try to really focus on driving your knees throughout the stem and having a good consistent arm drive when you run. Pumping your arms helps with balance, it may not seem like it but it does

i was taking notes on this and realized all of these are for inside shade do you have a video with outside shade ?
