    Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾 1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember. 2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away. 3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us. 4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life. 5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good. 6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals. 7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams. 8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires. 9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery. 10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe. Hope this helps! - Your Friendly Neighborhood Coach❤️

    I'm at a point in my life where if someone asks me something about myself I want to ask them “Do you really want to know?”. Also I'm done with asking “Did you have a good day?” because usually I get one word answers so instead I say “Tell me something good/positive that happened to you today.” The faces people make when they hear this instead of the same overused question and seeing their wheels turning are priceless. 🙂

    Thats different, I was in a broadly similar role. I used to call it 'The Patter', a pre determined set of speeches and routes through a conversation, but for a singular goal. It would seem like natural speech, but was always based on the outcomes I wanted and never ever personal.

    You’re right @JayShetty I agree, this generation is messed up because people are acting like robots, always on their phones rather than focusing on establishing genuine human connections & it’s very disappointing to see what this world has come to… but luckily not everyone you’ll run into is like that. There’s always someone out there who thinks like you.

    To counter this, what does annoy me is when you are giving all the signals that you do not want to talk. i.e. giving the one word answers, not making eye contact etc etc, people carry on trying! Some days we are just too busy to stop and talk, we need to learn that quiet and solitary time is also a good thing.

    Small conversations follow the same pattern. An endless back-and-forth relay of absolute pointlessness. No question demands an honest answer. A question is asked as an exercise in formal behaviour. Questions that are greetings. Questions that are placeholders. Questions that fill awkward gaps. Questions to suggest an interest that does not exist. Questions that pretend to listen. Never, ever a question that seeks to know.

    A conversation is worth it only if there is reciprocation. Even if I apply these tips and I'm a good conversationalist, yet there would be some push back if the listener lacks the energy.. Social skills aren't that easy..😅

    Totally agree it is reciprocal. My energy might come off too strong in wanting to connect that the other person might think I’m being nosy. Ppl also fear judgement and won’t disclose the truth especially to a stranger. Also, I find that majority of Americans tend to value their sense of privacy and personal life. Some just would rather listen vs lead the convo.

    THE CHALLENGE OF 2022

  • @shafiaden5664

    @shafiaden5664

    2 жыл бұрын

    The challenge of 2022 Do you know that every human being likes reading and that is nature even the ones that can’t read or write their wish is only to learn how to read!!! But the question is what do we read? There are some experts who knows the importance of reading so they write some books which are somehow important and they share with us and at the same time they make misconceptions and myths against specific book so we can’t find the answers of every question not only that but also the codes of this universe. Everything follows a system even our life we are all on process which was planned already before we came to this world although it’s a miracle(born and death) but we see it as a naturel thing because we see it every day. Have you ever asked yourself such questions like why only this process? And what kind of process will be in the next life? How will things happen? Above all is that the book that I want to challenge you to read is that every code we need in this universe is in it but the question is who will get these codes in it?(the book itself will tell us those who will benefit from it). The codes of peace within yourself, tranquility, wealthy, happiness, love and so on… The book is quran(Koran) Indeed you know this book but you have been told it’s only for Muslims so you don’t need to read it. Undoubtedly you are in trap of not reading it so now I challenge you to read it because we are in twenty first century so you need to know the truth by yourself… you are mature enough just read it after that the decision is yours but don’t judge it before you read it and understand it.. It’s over to you……

    Small talk has its own significance, its necessity. You have just made your self a hawker selling anything that will bring ratings. I like you, but stay to the facts
