When I think of the universe I don't think of anything that's conscience. Planets, space, dark energy, black holes etc. When this guy speaks of "the universe" I believe he's talking about God.

Great video! I believe that would take away the minds connection to the very important aspect of being Literally connected to the universe, down to the very makeup of matter, the energy of the atoms and molecules which are what everything in the universe including Us are made of, and the very real fact that we are ALL quite literally resonating at different frequencies at the atomic and molecular levels, as well as everything in the entire universe, and those resonances interact with eachother intimately and are all inter dependent upon eachother to find a sorta of equilibrium or balance point with one another where you and the universe meld together in perfect energetic harmony, becoming one in the same. This allows for a sort of highly efficient conservation of energy state where you and the universe are in the most equally beneficial and effective energetic state of interconnectivity, which we call the resonate frequency. Changing the wording to "You", has a very literal affect as to where your minds energy is focused and sent and to what type of relationship that energy will be influenced by. The whole point is to find your resonant relationship between You and the rest of the Universe around You, if you change it to You, then rather than going out to resonate with the frequency of surrounding energy(a somewhat eternal regenerator that one can always tap into) you will instead be battling your own resonant energy against its ownself, rather than gaining the energy balance and regenerative qualities that you would get by resonating Your own energy in equilibrium with the Universes energy. This is my take and how I visualize and conceptualize it atleast. Anyways, apologies for the long winded message, and I genuinely hope this helps you find your perfect harmony within yourself. ✌️❤🙏

this is so confusing because not all discomfort is a sign something is bad for you or wrong, and sometimes what feels right to me is not actually good for me, esp when dealing with trauma and mental health issues, so I do feel like there is a dangerous generalization in saying blindly follow your feelings, if it feels good, that probably just means it is a comfort zone, which is contradictory to growth, which requires doing things that do not feel good

most of these words are wrong because if you take as an example Bruce Lee's "be like water" quote(which i assume you can search for it yourself), you realize something that applies here too: - whilst imitation is said to be a sincere form of flattery, the truth is that you are not water, so this is an invitation for you to be something you're not. (unless you are water and you read and understand this, in which case we should definitely have an interesting conversation). (the thing to keep in mind is that sometimes we can't learn unless we immitate, sort of like riding a bike with training wheels. someday, they must come off) - building on this fundamental block that we just know it's true, then we can reason that you will always take the shape of the container but you never are yourself. - building on this and taking it to people and relationships, this will always mean that you will opposite-match people's flaws as well as strengths, and form a somewhat whole, but you will still never be yourself and not appreciated for who you are and you will never be anything more than a half of what you could be. - so i guess the choice-questions here are: -- who are you? -- do you want to be someone or something other than yourself? -- who/what do you want to be? -- what is your intention? word of advice: don't lie. to yourself, because the consequences might be disastruous, and this video invites you to do just that. the ominous reversal of this, is that all of these videos that promote being peaceful and to relax and to chill and to allow yourself to be guided, are just videos created for the reason of allowing other people to do what they want without you posing any resistance, but i guess that's how you make bread, by kneading the dough. and i've called it ominous for a reason, because an honest person, wouldn't feel the need for this behavior.

I totally belive that. Just one thing from this video just doesn't match with my view on the universe is said at 11:52. There are things that bring discomfort or doubt and might still be the „right“ thing for u to do. For example working out may bring discomfort sometimes or chasing your goal can bring alot of doubt on your way there. Still u gotta go thru those emotion to get what u want. I think learning to understand the universe brings many positive effects. Still attraction without action doesnt bring u to your goal. The mind and the body have to work hand in hand to archive your full potential.
