Hi there everyone! Video a bit later than usual this time - sorry about that! :-)
Today I've got some alternative phrases for you to use instead of "I THINK!" Of course it's important to remember that "I think" is not wrong. However, we do like to "mix things up" a little bit by using other options in our speaking, as I'm sure you do as well in your own native language!
SO start using these alternatives today - they will give your speaking a bit of sparkle and variety!
Hit the subscribe button so you get notified when I release my weekly Friday videos! I would so appreciate that as it really supports my new and growing channel :-)
As usual, be confident, positive & happy!
See you again next week!

What a fantastic level of true vigor your skills of teaching has got!!!!!!!!!!
As far as I m concerned I like this lesson because it helps me improve my vocabulary. Thanks Mrs Katherine .
If you aks me, you are one of the best teachers I have ever seen online and offline! From my point of view, you're always willing to put yourself for the people who eagerly wait for your soft sweet voice, so to say, to learn British English over there. I reckon, you’re doing a marvellous job! Thank you, Katherine ❤️
:-) From my experience, cats also make the best of friends! My cats are really there for me when I need them. And to be honest, dogs can be very demanding at times, at least my dog can. :-) - Thank you for your wonderful and very entertaining lessons. I'm enjoying them a lot!

Dogs are unable to do much on their own and need constant attention and the most annoying thing about dogs is when they jump on you whether you wanted or not. Cats respect your space and approach you with respect and never jump on you right away.
As far as I am concerned, you are doing a wonderful job by teaching us good English. Thanks very much indeed Ms. Kathrine.
Your gesture of teaching English's speaking is so attractive with your smiling appearance and beauty.
In my point of view, you are an excellent teacher. I enjoy your teaching style very much. This is my first watch.
I reckon that to be a good English language teacher is to speak slowly, that's my best skill
From my point of view it’s a great pleasure for you to teacher! I’m really enjoying all of the videos and found they were diverse and inclusive. I’m learning a lot.

You are enthusiastic about teaching your mother tongue and in my opinion, such an attitude tells you from anyone else doing the same. I keep to British English spelling to avoid confusion, being a citizen of a former British colony. The world today is a global village and we are exposed to both British and American English, with the latter apparently being more prominent in terms of content in the blogosphere.
Thank you for this lesson ❤

At first, I prefered dogs than cats but recently we have adopted a lillte black cat wich name is Lucas (Luke in English). That's why because we found him abandoned in the street on Luke's Day! It doesn't mean that I personally had changed my point of view about dogs and cats. Although, I must recognized cats are fascinating because of It's beauty, intelligence and sympathy as well. Maybe, in the future, we'll have both pets at home. Who knows...? Greetings from Majorca Island, Spain!

I subscribed as quickly as after watching less than 5 minutes of your previous video! It was great, as well as this one 😊 Thanks a lot, keep going, please ❤ The only one point I wanted to say is that, if you ask me, I’d say it’s such a pleasure to watch you a bit more straight, with less turn to the left, bc it’s slightly hard to look into the eyes of a person with almost invisible whites of the eyes. If you look at us your viewers straighter, I reckon you’re going to get much more likes ❤ Thanks for the video, I liked your examples and the context a lot!

@@englishwithkatharine I thought so😇 Thanks for your reply 💜 P.S. I just got back to the previous video. You were looking at us straight or with a little turn most of the video. So all I was thinking about after it was how really interesting the languages are. I only noticed the turn of your head while watching this one, cause it was a little bit capturing my attention. But I really liked both videos, you voice and all, that’s why I decided to write about it. Sorry🙂

It is good to know. One thing I want to emphasize when discussing confrontational subject matters that demand an objective conclusion, we do not use the terms 'I think, I feel, I believe, or these are my opinions'. We would say 'These are not my opinions, what I feel, or what I think because they are unimportant and irrelevant. We go by hard facts.'; it is very direct and to the point but sometimes it can come across as abrasive or insulting. It is part of the American culture but we do use your mentioned techniques every now and then. We are not all bad.
To be honest I really really love your videos because you're the best teacher to me 💗 Thanks my best teacher. from Bangladesh 🇧🇩👋

Hi Katharine , I 'm wrestling with the synonyms "underestimated , underrated and undervalued ". When do you use these words in context , and do they have the exact same meaning ? And "under-appreciate ", is that only American , or also an UK word ?
