What strategies can you use to pick yourself up when you need to move forward no matter what?
It doesn’t matter how successful you are, at some point in your life, you’re going to face struggles that might feel insurmountable. These obstacles can be demoralizing and difficult. But picking yourself up and learning how to move forward, especially in challenging times, is essential for your personal growth.
I’m excited to dive into this topic on our show today. This is a subject that has come up in our Kwik Success program and I wanted to share some insights that have helped me over the years.
In my three decades of coaching, I’ve developed some strategies that I lean into when I need to get back up. These methods not only help me bounce back, they help me bounce forward. If you’ve been struggling and want to learn how to cultivate resilience so you can maintain momentum, this episode is for you.

When you fall down you slow down. (Automatically) Get up and quicken up. Go faster than normal. Then you'll naturally settle into your rhythm again.
