Alot of the sabers could actually make the cannon lightsabers. The chunky one can be used for kanan jarrus's saber, The first can be used for Kenobi's saber and the ring could work well for a clone wars era palpatine saber if you made two

Why is the lightsaber being upside down such a concern when the whole point of the vid is to add variety to the sabers? Flipping the saber upside down or right side up means you got 2 different versions for each saber. Thats alotta variety

I think the handle being upside down is acceptable with some of these cool additions to the hilts

I have a private playlist and I try to get as many custom lightsaber tutorials as possible so I can make different lightsaber hilts and it actually works because in the actual Star Wars universe you actually DO have to build your own lightsaber hilt (and obviously you have to put the kyber crystal you got in the centre but that’ll be pretty much impossible for a minifigure lightsaber hilt) also you can just slightly change your hilts and put it the other way than upside down (also you did a really good job and they are really creative ways to make lightsaber hilts as well)

So you want a lightsaber staff? That probably does exist seeing in legends and I think even in the canon we have light saber whips and shorter versions of lightsabers with make no sense seeing that you can a just you lightsaber and there also is a gun Saber made for Ezra in Star Wars rebels

I got some “Old Republic” vibes from the second one.

Just don't use a handle and make your character so strong they can touch the blade with their bare hands

I like to take a Robot Claw piece (the hands from the ExoForce clankas) and turn a blade sideways in it. A small handle, with a cross guard like Malgus’.

Everything this video teaches: "DO YOU KNOW HOW LITTLE THAT NARROWS DOWN?"

Number 2 looks like it could be used as Sting in a LotR/Hobbit set

The different ways you put the handle of the lightsabers is actually either for the handle of obi-wan’s lightsaber(upside-down) or Anakin’s (rightside-up)

I just got back into lego and I can't believe the light sabers and blasters are still the same. We really need more official custom weapons.

with the ring one, I've actually made almost the exact same saber; dark brow hilt, ring on the 'bottom', blade coming out of the 'bottom'. It's just the blade is purple for the character instead of blue

A good way to make a duel is using one of those pieces with an anti stud and a rod, and attach between two holes if you know what I mean
