This video focuses on ways you can improve your motion offense… but here is a little background on Coach Schultz.
He is a State Championship High School Basketball Coach who ran the traditional Motion Offense for several years and then switched to the Dribble Drive Motion…
Then after getting frustrated with lots of “stall outs” he designed an offense that combined the best parts of the Motion Offense and the Dribble Drive Offense to create the Hybrid Attack Offense.

🔥🔥🔥🔥 First time coach and trying to learn many different concepts of motion and dribble drive. It’s what my guys run 4 out 1 in. Trying to balance implementing an offense but also skill development. Been a bit of a challenge.

On a dribble drive I recommend cricle movement. Drive right cricle move everyone right. The dribble driver should have a natural pitch, 45, 90, and safety valve pass. Shooters will always be in them positions (spots). All 5 players in coordination. Good stuff coach

in the motion part, what is the posts job. Because the example you showed( 4 on 4 ) sealing when switching not sure where the post would be or his spacing rules. Thank you!

Not affiliated with the page or coach Schultz but you can keep the post short corner opposite to ball, in the motion aspect they can always set additional screens on the weak side of the floor. However, they need to make sure the timing is correct to allow them to still spin and seal on any switch. Then if a drive or pass to one of slips, occurs they relocate as normal in dribble drive.
