"Every female is a woman but not every woman is a lady"...thank you. I love this. I am going to put this in my girl's room somewhere, it's beautiful. One thing I do for my children is that we do not allow them to answer us with "huh" or "yeah". They are to respond with "yes". And I also respond to them with yes. A lot of this I learned in church - at least this is where I learned. I loved it that the older women would discreetly and non verbally teach me on how to be a lady. I think this is needed on this social platform because many little girls simply are not being taught on how to be, what we call it, "girlie, girl", aka classy and many like to roam the web. I hope many more hearers will be blessed by your content. 💕

Your videos really help me transition into adulthood as I've just turned 18 and I want to learn to be more classy and professional. I don't dress in the stereotypical feminine way but I always make sure to look neat and modest. Thanks soooo much for your advice.

Hello miss. A very nice video. I do think there is a night and day difference between a lady in North America and in Europe. The things you speak of are basic manners-nothing to do with being a classy lady. Class is something very different. I could not imagine A Parisian Woman going to the grocery store in yoga pants and sneakers. lol

I wish that the things that you are teaching on youtube could be available as an elective class for high school students. I realize that this content is not Math, English, Social Studies or Science. However, I think it's important for young girls to at least have some degree of exposure to what it means to be a Modern Lady. However, I think it is just as important for young men to be taught how to be a gentleman. Unfortunately, many young men and women have not been exposed to these things that are so important in in 2020.

Your hair and makeup are beautiful in this video. Also the violet color of your dress is becoming! Thank you for your advice.

@@TheModernLady I think you have a special type of grace that sets you apart from many youtubers who are creating content about femininity and being a modern lady. Many of the others I have watched are very rigid and sort of put women down for doing or not doing certain things. You take a different approach which is very refreshing. You give valuable information and it seems you try to validate the things that women do that are good and gently encourage them to work on things that are not so good. I think that is an AWESOME way to relate to women---or to anyone for that matter! You are practicing what you preach!

Red lipstick is very classic! I love it! I am mindful of wearing red lipstick with clothing colors that don’t match it well, though.... for example, army green doesn’t pair well with a red lip. Love red lipstick! Very classy 👌🏽
