Thank you. It really helps with being mindful and improves concentration. I used to practice meditation and once I was able to “defrag” my unorganized mind, then I think more clearly.

Wow.. I found ur video accidentally and I’m soo happy bout it … u give that calm vibe not only on this video abt meditation, but also in another videos such as “how read faster”. btw, I fully agree with u that peace and quiet reduce stress and improve memory. I’m almost finished my first year in Chinese foundation studies program ( Considering the fact that I graduated from a sports school and did not receive such a level of education, it seems difficult . Cause this program , require a lot of work to just get an min 2gpa and continue study in degree.) and only towards the end of my study program I discovered this technique (which really helps to calm down and summarize the actions performed and set further action plans). I want to thank you for your work and your experience in this field!! Such professionals are few and far between on the Internet. ( btw.. i would be grateful if u will comment and give some feedbacks abt this comment🙏🏻I have problems with grammar, if you have the time and the opportunity and desire, you can evaluate my writing of this comment text, and what would you do to improve? )

I have a question each time I head to London , I have some « hits and misses « as they say over there . How could I get rid of these misses . ? My first thought 💭 is to brush on my English ; but damn it’s been decade I keep brushing on … it is like I can’t merely make it .. I try to not loose faith and I , thank to videos like yours , find the strength to keep it up .
