when i catch a football i put my hands close but they tense up like my whole body tenses up and the ball slips and i drop it how can i stop this from happening

What if the DB looks at the qb when running a fade? Nice video tho

Like are you talking if he’s off in zone coverage? That’s the only time he should look inside- and is he like in a press bail setting, off 7-8yds? I just need some more context and I’d be happy to help

Can you do a video on how you can run wide receiver drills when you have no one that is able to throw to you

Throw the ball in the air and catch it for hands (sounds dumb and simple but works 100 percent) and check his other videos for route running drills

If previously didn’t throw with a backstroke as a quarterback how would I practice to get my arm used to that motion

I would say Twitter (now know as X) DM is the best way to go, coaches get so many emails just like everyone else. So doing it on Twitter can increase your chances. Address the coach by name, keep it short and sweet and include some attribute about yourself

I would say so but you gotta break at the right depth of the route. So it varies based on the situation
