I just love these short, to the point videos.
Your hair is gorgeous by the way. They say Satin or silk pillow cases are good for your skin as well.
Great tips👍🏽 I have found there are 2 states where hair is most vulnerable dry and wet. Especially extra dry and soaking wet. But moisturized is the best state to manipulate or comb.
@RandaWise
Жыл бұрын
Yeah, that's true. The healthy balance of moisture, not too dry and not too wet is the key.
These are great points to remember thanks 🙏
You are absolutely correct!!!!! Dry hair and manipulation is disastrous. I finally have the best routine for my damaged, dry, high porosity, 4c, protein overload,fine hair, Thank God… thank you so much for sharing.
Thanks for Sharing, God bless you.
I love you videos the vibe is good 😊
You're my favourite hair guru ever! love your energy & gentle voice & way of being. you're gorgeous inside & out!! so real & authetic, no you must try this new fad, it's all in the small details consistently overtime! I feel hopeful & not overwhelmed or like I need to spend money. does it matter what order we do the butter and oil after washing? sending love xx
Thanks for your tips.
Thank you so much this is so informative, encouraging and helpful. What would you say about using stockings to Ty your hair in a ponytail? Thank you in advance 🌸🦋🌸
Great tips
Thanks darling applying water before combing my hair it really works
i started my journey well, but am telling you i have gotten more lazy over the last 2 years, mmm thanks for these tips, i do apply most of them except that i just am hesitant of adding oils to my hair as i did before, i wash my hair 1 each week it used to be twice a week, but i dropped all the product i used, i was indeed a hair product addict. my hair is pretty long but i feel like its lacking. i really need to work on it. thanks once again.
I love the way that your hair is stretched, but the texture still shows. 😍

I remember when my hair used to break a lot - it was so bad. But when I started using the chebe powder treatment to the aloe vera treatment, plus the satin headgear and moisture, my hair stopped breaking. I'm going to trying out deep conditioning my hair on my next wash day

What are your thoughts on applying aloe Vera before combing hair. Would that provide enough moisture?
My hair just naturally just when I put oil or even when am washing,what should I do to prevent that breakage.

Do you deep condition your hair after wash or before or while washing? And do you rinse it??
@MrsCharityUmar

After shampooing, yes I rinse
Hi there! I have 4C hair and have experienced extremely bad breakage, including breakage at the roots. It has left my hair really uneven with various lengths all over. I have thick hair so it’s looks unnoticeable but obviously I can notice it and it’s driving me insane! Do you think I can recover from this? I am in college so I don’t have much money to go to a professional for trims but I do have a pair of hair shears. Do you suggest I trim my hair in mini twists or do I just shave it all off? I just don’t know what to do, I really want my hair to grow long 😭

@@MrsCharityUmar I left my hair in micro twists for 3 months so some of the twists were really tangled to the point of them becoming dreads. The takedown also caused a lot of breakage

Can I spray water daily as my moisturizer?
@MrsCharityUmar

You may, although I would recommend at least every 3 days. The most important thing is to make sure to seal your hair after spraying the water with an oil and hair cream.

PLS DOES BRAIDING HELP HAIR GROWTH? rasta or corn roll does it help
@Ms.Guardian
2 жыл бұрын
Braiding helps hair from getting tangled and Tugged at (Unless u keep braiding ur hair over and over again constantly) which helps with hair growth. But if u braid hair And take it out and put it in (During the week over and over again) it doesnt help.
@Ms.Guardian

Make sure not to make it too tight okay!

Should one wear a satin bonnet even when their hair is in corn rows?
@MrsCharityUmar

Yes, especially at bedtime. It is important to prevent friction with bedsheets that could lead to hair breakage.

I just started my hair, though it a year now bt I need list of things I can use bcus my hair is not growing n it breaks alot
Our hair is most delicate when it's soaking wet. That's when it's prone to the most breakage. Don't believe me? Ask a licensed cosmetologist. They all say the exact same thing. There's two types of dry hair. Hair that's un mositerzed/ dehydrated and hair that's un wet. Our hair is prone to breakage in its dry state when it isn't moisturized. Not when it's dry as in not wet. If your were to finger detangle your hair while it's in its dry state but highly moisturized and lubricated it won't break. Water a lone will not moisturize the hair alone. Especially if you live somewhere that has hard water. Aloe vera juice and rose water are excellent replacements for water. If you're low porosity and you keep your hair spritz in the fridge. Take it out and let it come up to room temperature before you spray it in your hair. Also if you're using water, user warm water not cold water.

Hair is most stretchable and flexible when wet. This means less breakage. Look at her! She's living proof
