This man is indirectly my current coach. Absorbing all your principles & techniques. If I lived nearby I’d definitely be training under your guidance at your gym💪🏽 Keep up the valuable content! #nerd #meathead
One of the few reliable fitness body building channels. Kind of glad it’s such a hidden gem
If you could do some kind of "quad muscle fiber" activation" by changing squating stance/ foot position etc." video similar to this, we would be blessed. Hands down, if I had to pick one youtube channel to watch for the rest of my life, it's yours. No doubt.

For me worked the best a combination of floor press whit a pad between the shoulder blades (to rise the rib cage) and elbow at 45 degrees angle

New research on lengthened and shortened partials shows they have significantly proximal/distal hypertrophy
Thank U Joe!
In the gym that I go to, there is a flat chest press machine with converging angles, I simply adjust the seat lower, so the handles are right on the same level as my upper chest. My elbows are about 80 degree to my torso. Pressing from there, I think it hit my upper chest the best, with the converging angles and slightly rotating my shoulders internally, I can squeeze my upper chest as hard as I can.
Angles- Angles- Angles and more Angles. Hit your muscles in from every direction
Could you please do ( cable fly vs dumbbell fly vs pec dec )
Smashed the like for looking good while shopping.
great video
Do you incorporate any direct work for forearms/traps/neck? Would love a video with your thoughts on that!
How about some tips on how to grow a glorious beard like yours?! Hahah thanks for the great video man
Great stuff, thank you. I ruptured my pec tendon 6 months ago, and had repair surgery in Feb. Since the injury, I have lost all my upper body size due to atrophy. (But I did keep up with leg day.) Finally now I'm am getting back into upper body training but with very light loads,
Great Content Please Make Video on Exercise Splits
In conclusion, get fvcking STRONG on incline movements.
Make a video where u choose top 6 exercises if u could only choose 6 like 1 squat, hinge, vertical press, horizontal press, horizontal pull, vertical pull
Thanks !!!
#mancleavage haha good info. Love the animations as always!
I guess the only question I have that you didn’t answer in this video is this. You know how if you look at the pec attachment to the humerus there is a twisting, where the upper pec fibers seem to attach more laterally on the humerus? So how does internal / external rotation of the humerus affect upper pec training? Or is this not an important practical consideration? Thanks, great video
What do you think of reverse grip dumbbell incline presses for upper chest hypertrophy? Thank you for your posts.
You mention about the retraction of shoulder blades or the “rowing” down in the bottom, would this almost look like the sternum elevating at the bottom of the press? I’ve seen loads of people do it and I’ve cued it internally for myself lately and it seems *touch wood* to help.
at 9 min - scap retraction is the key

KZread's fitness community should have more videos like this! Not stupid challenges or similar!

na bro, seat yourself 90° twisted in a hammer strength incline press and do them side by side separately, low weight high rep to feel the burn just in the middle spot bro

Yea, what's up with that. I have seen some of Paul's postings on instagram. He seems to have a hardline stance on some things. What's the beef with Joe? Finding Joe has made a huge impact in my training and obviously so many others lives. A true inspiration.

@@HypertrophyCoach exactly. Man you’re best, you have second place Olympia. You have physique to show and you don’t go around being egotistical. There just discussing working a few muscle based on origin and insertion, but in all honesty are these new so called studies or method or working the muscle that way worked? Nope.

@@Untarai I think Paul is friends with N1/Kassem, so his take on Joe probably isn’t the best because of that. The dude (Paul) comes off as a know-it-all dickhead though and it’s really unbecoming. God forbid you ask a question on his Ig. He’ll make it a point to call you stupid.
I’m asking please the best angle for bench d’urine incline db bench press 15 degree or 30 degree

Doesn’t make a big difference. Just go with whichever feels best. Or rotate between the 2 every few months.

WAIT?! So the 140lb guys at my gym on their knees doing landmine presses because their chests are so huge they need to focus on the inner-upper chesticles are wrong?!?!?!
So basically it's about the elbows angle and not the Incline of the bench?
