If you could do some kind of "quad muscle fiber" activation" by changing squating stance/ foot position etc." video similar to this, we would be blessed. Hands down, if I had to pick one youtube channel to watch for the rest of my life, it's yours. No doubt.

In the gym that I go to, there is a flat chest press machine with converging angles, I simply adjust the seat lower, so the handles are right on the same level as my upper chest. My elbows are about 80 degree to my torso. Pressing from there, I think it hit my upper chest the best, with the converging angles and slightly rotating my shoulders internally, I can squeeze my upper chest as hard as I can.

I guess the only question I have that you didn’t answer in this video is this. You know how if you look at the pec attachment to the humerus there is a twisting, where the upper pec fibers seem to attach more laterally on the humerus? So how does internal / external rotation of the humerus affect upper pec training? Or is this not an important practical consideration? Thanks, great video

You mention about the retraction of shoulder blades or the “rowing” down in the bottom, would this almost look like the sternum elevating at the bottom of the press? I’ve seen loads of people do it and I’ve cued it internally for myself lately and it seems *touch wood* to help.
