Your videos are always so fun to watch! I love the positive energy that always comes through and also many thanks on the tips - particularly the camera ones :)
I’m just starting out on the business side of things with very little money. My philosophy is that as long as I keep making and selling I can build up from there. I refuse to believe I need a business loan!!

I hear you! Some tricks I have are design and model in paper, then move the design to pleather, then when everything is looking good step up to a nice bit of tasty leather.

Thanks for making the video brother! I've finally gotten to a point where I feel comfortable moving forward with leather work and all your points help give me a more clear idea of what I should be doing, but also your personality man. Social media, sharing who you are and what your about is totally key and I intend to get my craft off the ground legit this year! Thanks, love all your work and videos, keep succeeding and stay blessed 🙏
This is one of the best videos watched in a long time. Why? His passion, his knowledge, his work. He is fun to listen to. I admire his new shop.
So glad I found your channel! Thank you for sharing your knowledge, it's so incredibly helpful! And your leather work and photos, wow! Stunning!
Thank you bro!!! I needed to hear that!!! This does. Not only to complete my knife works. But I truly love This?!!! I wish I hadn't wasted my life trying to find what I truly love! I love this community. Everyone that I've met or spoken to loved sharing with me. You definitely drive my passion bro.. You and the Sarge! Are my teachers! Thanks so much for your passion and your valuable time! You rock!!!
I agree 100%. My favorite advice was about tapping into your interest community. That is key. Know who your customers are. Excellent video.
What I love about this video is that you're not scared of competition. You're telling me how to compete with you (which will take a while lol). This tells me that you're in love with the craft. I'm retiring soon and looking for a hobby to do with my wife who does sewing/quilting/embroidery. She does craft shows and doing them together "might" be fun.... Thanks. Really appreciate your inspiration.
Great tip! Thank you. Love your work and presentation. I am an engineer in oil and gas company. I also have a leathercraft hobby and start selling it about 4 years ago. Sometimes in the weekend i woke up early just to finishing some leather wallet. I am a sony lovers too, i use sony a7 and voigtlander 40mm. Since my daughter growing up, i am no longer have time to do leathercraft. But watching your video make my inner passion back. Thank you again.
Thanks man! this is so inspiring. The possibilities to create things are almost endless ...
Parker, you provide some of the most entertaining and relevant videos on you tube. Love the info and the antics.
Thank you for taking the time to put this together :D
Love your work. Love your energy. Love your advice. Keep up the amazing work!
Thanks for the hug....and and thanks for sharing your thoughts on building up a leathercraft business. I appreciate the suggestions and am going to start researching ALL of them. Great job, man!!!

Bro. You are an amazing person. To share all the things you struggled with when starting a business. I hope to make my business at least as great that you have created. I just wanted to say thank you.
I love watching your videos. You are so full of life and enthusiasm it’s impossible not to like you. Your leather craft is fantastic. I got started in leather craft a few months ago and I’m having a blast. Best regards, Richard

I started leather work a couple of months ago and watching your videos shortly after my beginnings has been incredibly helpful in building my skills and developing different products! How's it working out for you? Interested to know, though of course it's been an unusual year...
Great useful information in this one. I've been Leather crafting as a hobby/2nd income for about 4 years. Not quite ready to take it full time yet but this video gave me a lot to think about for when I do go full time. Thanks.
Thank you, thank you, this was incredibly helpful!!! Just found your channel yesterday. You got a new subscriber! All the best!!
Another great video! Thanks for the tips and sharing your experience.
Parker, you nailed it! Honestly speaking I’ve been wondering where to begin with my craft. Felt a little embarrassed and lost. You brought it home, bud! BIG thank you! You are a positive and talented community and company guy! Big hug right back at y’all!

Thank you for the kind words Brian! Let me know if you have any questions
Amazing vid. Thank you. Been working on turning our high end costume replica and prop and accessories, including custom leather. Been struggling trying to find that balance as I build the brand and also get a competitive price point. This vid reinforced a lot of the things I've known I've needed to do and helped with some pricing info so thank you.
Wife and I are just in the initial stages of spinning up a crafting business (leather, jewelry, laser engraving, etc), so this video came at a great time. I've done startups before (mostly music/AV production related), but tangible goods is a whole different game. Your points helped sift out some of the chaff and focus on some highly relevant tasks that will definitely make a difference. Thanks!
I'm moving from silversmithing into leather crafts and this video has really inspired me. You made my day!

@Richard Simons I don't, far cheaper to buy ready made than a custom item. Silver would be too heavy and expensive.
Starting to move your videos into some of the stuff I want to talk about. Super inspiring, keep on killing it.

Amazing content brother! Thank you very much for all of the great advice, I really appreciate it! Keep up the great work.
Very inspirational video for anyone thinking about starting any journey into business.
Thank you so much for these tips. I'm in the process of trying to build up my inventory so that I can launch a metal hand engraving business soon. In addition to constantly thinking of new designs and "canvases" to engrave, I am always thinking about the logistics of selling my work. Even though it's a different type of art/work than yours, everything you mentioned really applies. A lot of good food for thought as I move forward. Thanks again!
Killing it man! Great video I can't wait to get better at photography.
I'm from Brazil and I like soo much your videos and your woork. I also plan to set up a small leather business. You are a super positive guy and that is a privilege for the few. May the divine be always with you.

Great Video! Thanks for the Excellent Advice.
I really like your shed converted into a shop... Great idea.
Helpful video! Thanks much!
Great video! I love the info. you are sharing. It is very encouraging! I'm a camera geek too. ( Canon EOS 80-d ;P) I really do ;love that you are so open about your work. I know there are many leather workers out there who have intentionally tried to lead me astray, being that I'm new to this media. I've been a seamstress since middle school. And cooked since elem. school. I've tried 100's of things. But, have gotten bored by many things except the few I've mentioned. I have a son who is online a lot who has had people discouraging him from trying new things.( Things they profit from.) In my opinion, people like you make the world go round! There will always be a different way of doing things. Noone is going to make the exact same wallet, bag etc...unless they are into mass production. And even then there will be little differences. Keep up the good work! Your encouragement will always help someone! And that indeed is an amazing thing!
Tks for the great video and HUG... Your videos make my day
Hello from Alaska! Found your channel a while ago but am finally digging in to learn as much as I can from you. Thank you SO much for sharing what you know.. not a whole lot of useful info on the web. Got some cash saved up and looking to build my own leather biz, I make belts but I want to branch out. Thank for the tips!
I’m just starting to get into leather crafting and carving. So, I’m still learning. I have claimed a business name and registered it with the state, so that when I finally feel comfortable selling my products and have my website up.
