i did have a paymentplan in place now sars went ahead taking 50% of my basic

Thanks for your help. In 2010 I was retrenched, and Sars taxed my payout, but the same year I received a R20 000 tax debt. I went to them and filled in 2 remissions, but no feedback. Now this year, Sars officials told me they want a medical tax certificate from 2009/2010, which I don't have, and also my medical aid (transmed) not because they kept records only for 5 years. What can I do now, please?
My father had an company about 10 years back the company no longer exist as well as the bank account is closed 10 years back .. now they request bank statements, why? And what can happen? He is almost 60 now with no work

How do i edit my details on the app? It says one of my salaries i earn is from a University of Fort Hare. 😮 Never been associated with that university in my life 🙆♀️
