For people who are new to sublimation and aren't ready to go in it for by buying an expensive printer you might want to talk about third party sublimation printing. Were you upload your design to a third party they print it on a transfer sheet and mail it back to you. And then you put The transfer sheet and the blank in a heat press.

Can you use any kind of sublimation paper in the new Brother sublimation printer?

Sublimation paper is recommended in all sublimation printers.
I did watch your you linked. Thanks, If I have a budget of about $800 what would you recommend? I'll need a printer and heat press, right? Thanks for your time
