"Stop and Frisk" produced much of nothing! 90% of the people that were stopped and frisked had nothing on them and crime still didn't go down. Seeing as how the rise gun violence has skyrocketed amongst every subgroup in this country it would make sense to make it so people who should not have guns not be able to get them. I've never been to Maryland, haven't seen any video evidence. However I can with 100% confidence provide a detailed description of the shooter.

They get shot for _"fronting in grills"_ and _"representing"._ Can't be from the _"West siiiide"_ and visit someone across the rail road. Can't wear Starter jackets or Nikes. But, they're all "misunderstood" and oppressed.

A little quick to judge, methinks. It's possible all those shot had pulled knives on the shooter, though exceedingly unlikely. It's an unfortunate incident, with the shooter likely the bad guy, but let's not start sentencing before we understand what actually happened.

Have the attending officers been eliminated as suspects? Cops are never guilty of abusing their authority or over reacting right? Don’t rule out anyone.

Most likely broken homes, offspring of already delinquent juveniles, likely a 1 parent household of low income, probably doomed for a life of thuggery, delinquency and criminal tendencies due to to environment. The same old excuse and story that’s been around for decades. Only now there’s more of them populating like rabbits in anywhere USA where these conditions exist.

I refuse to believe that MD has fixed it's schools enough to deserve a skip day. Many of these young scholars are about to embark on a life full of skip days.

The people in charge don’t even know what to say or do anymore. All we keep hearing is the same thing over and over and over. Our mental health system is a mess, communities are almost non existent. As long as nothing changes it will all stay the same. What a mess we are. As a young kid I never imagined living in a broken world.
