Sir metro line 14 kanjurmarg to badlapur k upar vidio banaiye. Aur dusra vidio mumbai ahamdabad bullet train project ka jo bkc to shillphata aur diva k pass thane station perposal hai is par vidio banaiye jara dhannewad

1. Thane Borivali tunnel is going to be a headache for people of Thane, especially people using Ghodbunder Rd. How will the additional traffic coming from Nashik and Mumbra, Navi Mumbai who want to use The Thane Borivali Tunnel fit on the Ghodbunder Rd? 2. Thane Coastal Rd. is the only beneficial project.. This will eleviate the pressure on Ghodbunder Rd. The authorities will do well to connect the localities to the east of the GB Rd properly with the coastal Rd.. If adequate number of such connectors are not provided, there will be congestion for getting on to and getting off the Coastal Rd. Also this costal Rd should be connected with the Easter freeway at chembur.. This will truly eleviate the pressure of the EEH in Thane..

Mankoli Bhiwandi whch comes under Bhiwandi Panchayat nw wil come under TMC & is it called UPPER thane ya real estate developers just use this term for inventory selling ?? & Wha se connectivity kaisa rahega for mumbai Bombay & western ???

If You traverse through the routes the main lines have been connected. However a good time and labor would be involved in Making Metro Stations, trial runs and other allied activities. My educated guess is it should take anywhere between 2 to 4 years from now

Thane is a lake city.. many projects to revive lakes are in pipeline but there is lack of political will to restore lakecity as world famous tourist destination as Udaipur...I have personally seen only 1 lake getting restored to its beauty during last 15 years i.e. brahmala lake... Jogila lake is opened up in 2018 but no work progress during last 4 years... It shows lack of interest of TMC in developing it's green area and public recreational places... Can u please make video which will act as eye opener to tmc

Ajayji. The entire world has been crippled due to an unimaginable Pandemic which no one had ever envisaged. Many crucial resources have been diverted to Save people from Dying and managing the pandemic. I have personally observed a lot of political will in Thane City at least before the on break of pandemic in terms of Road widening, Upvan Lake Beautification, Gaimukh Chowpathy developement, Pokhran Road Connectivity road to name a few. I am quite hopeful that we should see the similar vigor once we are out of this Stupid Covid which keeps resurfacing from nowhere again and again.

All super projects are fine but what about the current roads in thane? Those itself are full of potholes....when is government going to improve the standard of roads? Before making big projects they should first improve current substandard roads...were people die on roads

You said Metro Junction will be coming at Kapurbawdi Signal. Will this help in property prices growth at Balkum University Road locations projects?

Definitely Mr Krishnamohan. Line 5 of Metro will be going from Near Balkum University Road. So the connectivity from that Place to Kapurbawdi Junction would be Just 1 Station. It will help Property Prices growth for Sure.
