But none of the points are baseless but I live in Bhandup I know corporate offices banks are in wagle estate but they are less and very small it can't be compared to BKC , Sobo or Navi Mumbai level. There are no open space majorly you can see 90% land is already used for Residential and Commercial spaces there is only possibility in residential space as they will redevelop old ones into large tower. In my personal opinion this is not Golden corridor.

Only Mumbai, Thane and Nvi Mumbai needs 500 kms of metro network. Otherwise the traffic congestion will not stop

Better remove slums. 2.5 cr population only 96 lac vote. Consider 50 lac as children and PPL who on rent. Means 1cr is living in slums of Mumbai illegally.

Slum population is increasing not becuz of politicians bt becuz of baniya businesses where they want cheap labour. As locals don't work more than 8-10 hrs and in less salary. If slums won't be there all retail, restaurant, Bollywood businesses will go in loss. Also 63 lac north Indian live in Mumbai only 16 lac have voting rights. 40 lac muslims live in Mumbai and only 17 lac have voting rights. Due to congress atleast many muslims got home and voting rights. Bt due to BJP north indians getting nothing except their hindu Mandirs. In Mumbai PPL come to work in Bollywood, majdoori. And PPL who do this most live in slums. U won't see any local working as a cheap labour in retail, restaurant, Bollywood most times. Cuz rarely local mumbaikars work in less salary for more hrs. Infact maharshtra is now too in remittance and it's 35%. Cuz in maharashtra cheap labour of north and bangladesh actually grabbed all jobs hence locals going abroad to work.

Your analysis is completely wrong. The road connectivity from Shreenagar to Mulund side is atrocious. There is a huge colony of Kisannagar, Shantinagar, Bhatwadi which are occupied by people who were once upon time working in Restaurant & Dance Bar during Octroi days.
