the Uggs mule is so freaking comfortable I got a pair for Christmas its just so warm and cozy literally feels like a hug on your feet

Regarding Flowers For Society shoes, does anyone know about their sizing? The website says go a 1/2 size down. It looks international with a lot of fees and high shipping cost, I didn't see anything about returns or exchanges. I'm worried about getting the wrong size and paying A LOT just to get the right size.
