I'm a new subscriber here, found you from Anthony O'Neal page. being a stay at home mom i just want financial freedom for my family and send my parents and in laws on vacation. this year I will make $10k. no excuses.

Most states have maximum fees of $2.50 for simple notaries, even adding travel or rush fees won't make you much. If you are really ready to hustle and make connections with escrow officers, title agents, lenders, and real estate agents then you can charge more. Food for thought before you spend $500 on the test and a website. Build a network you can work with first.

I've heard people say you should take your skills from jobs and turn them into a business for yourself, however I've never heard it delivered from the perspective of your employer being the middle man between your services and the client/customer. Great insight - sometimes you just need to hear something said in different way. My takeaway is to look at all of the "duties" employers have paid me to do and turn the ones I enjoy doing into a direct-to-client self-run business that generates the funding I want to begin investing on a much larger scale. You've given me some great homework lol. Thank you for sharing such valuable insight!!

Careful with the whole notary thing, there are liabilities and I know through my employer I am bonded if I get sued and even that won’t be enough. Being a traveling notary has it’s risk so make sure you do you research before you jump into things. Anyway just my two cents, GL with the new endeavor :)

I have been thinking about this for years. My husband often coaches. And the kids never have the right things they need for that sport. Some parents are clueless what to get . Parents hate driving around from store to store. And online gets overwhelming. So in my town I will put supplies together and sell it to Parents . What worries me is the cost to Obtain these supplies

Omg the notary sounds LIIIIIT and easy....I already drive for a living aaaaand a good way I may implement notary is only signing for realtors. Putting my cards in banks. Getting off social media and keeping in contact with realtors even doing complementary things for businesses like sending flowers for the office

The only thing about the print on demand thing that I learned is even though the Shopify and printing are cheap, its the advertising that costs the most. Teespring helps but otherwise, you;; have to run ads or really optimize social media to make money

Hi Great one

Just make sure you check what you're allowed to do as a notary in your state AND the limit on fees you can charge. As an example, in SC you can't sign mortgage papers and there is a scale of fees on what you can charge. Also, if you live at a state line and work in the other state, some states allow you to become a notary in that state too on a limited service basis.

NC doesn’t allow any fees above $5. The only way to make money is being a loan signing agent.

I can't believe it's that easy to be a notary in the U.S when I think that in my country u gotta go through one of the toghouest academic competition (not exam) in your life just to get accepted at the only school in the whole territory that can get you the certificate and then work in a notary office as an employee but at least you can easily be a millionaire if you get influential enough.

Such a big help did not know ppl would pay help my life this easy or soon I thought it would take degrees and thousand great help 👍 🙂

I want to become a multi business owner that helps people with self confidence and self care as well as to satisfy any customer with any product that will do something great for people.
