Depersonalisation is a big part of my life for years now. I can’t even tell when it started - I feel like it has something to do with my hypersensitivity. I am very sensitive to any kind of external impression/sensation. Which is very overwhelming. Sometimes I kinda panick because I feel like nothing really existsand there’s just a giant black hole around me I’m just not able to see. It feels like my mind is just trying to put this unreal filter over my senses to avoid me getting too overwhelmed by all the sensations I am getting. I can feel every slight change in mood or behaviour in a person, in an animal, in anything: it’s tiring

Celebrity depression exists and it's very valid because different people go through different things and I don't judge others with depression. I do however dislike when a seemingly happy person looks like they've never struggled before because they're either lying or have actually never struggled with anything which I find annoying for a lot of people struggle very much just for that person not to have ever been hurt, poor, depressed, and then they try to complain about absolutely anything

@@thelost_blue.potato6969 I just want to say, you remind me a lot of my younger sister and what she goes through, she depends on me a lot and I try to be there for her as often as I can, and hang out with her as much as possible so she can have good memories along with all of the things she goes through. Maybe you can spend more time with your sister too? Anyway, I know what it’s like to have intrusive thoughts, and for me, acknowledging that they’re there is the first step in getting rid of them. and remembering that, I myself, am not a bad person just because I had a “bad” thought. Cause at the end of the day it’s just a thought. Also allowing myself to feel angry or sad (which usually results in crying, for me lolol) helps to release that stress and negative emotion. It’s actually really great that you decided to reach out on here, and it’s something a lot of people would struggle with because they feel like nobody would care. To address the homophobia and racism that you witness, just hold on to your own values. Don’t let anyone’s racist or homophobic comments convince you that they’re right. You don’t have to argue with them, but knowing in your heart that what you believe is the right thing, is good enough. As someone who is bisexual, it’s cool to just give yourself time to figure that part of yourself out, and no matter what the outcome is, you are great as you are. Lastly, just remember that a lot of people will try to project their own insecurities or negative emotions on to others. For example, If someone is cheating on their partner, and they’re too afraid to admit it, something that could happen is that they become paranoid and start accusing their partner of cheating, even though the accuser is the only one that has been unfaithful. One projection I’ve dealt with personally is someone saying I’m “too dark” when the truth is that they’re insecure about their own skin color. So when anyone is body shaming you, just know it’s most likely due to the fact that they are uncomfortable in their own body and they’re trying to make you uncomfortable in yours as well, because misery loves company, but that is wrong and you should not listen to them. You are a unique, beautiful soul and I want you to hang in there because you definitely have a lot of potential as a person, and the world needs more people like you. If you ever feel down you can definitely screenshot this and remember these words. Take care love 🤍✨

It’s a waste of time to go into detail but my life fell apart around two years ago and I got so used to my horrible situation and mindset. I didn’t even understand how absolutely terrible my mental health is. It’s so hard to keep up with therapy nowadays because of the high demand and I haven’t seen mine in a long time…I might have to go back to the hospital, but it hasn’t even been that long…

I feel really stressed not only from my new move from Texas to Colorado but also from school. In my opinion the school isn’t that good but what has been stressing me most is the amount of friends I have. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve had to manage who sits around me at the lunch table. Some people are probably going to say “yeah well I’m lonely” and I’d have to say that that’s actually better then having too many friends. It’s really been wearing me down and I literally cannot stop any friendships because of how I’m new. I feel as if they’ll retaliate and ask too many questions which will make me feel even more stressed then before. And I’m not popular at all, I literally just sat in the back of the class for all of my classes and somehow I’ve got an entire two friend groups that are basically fighting over me at this point. I don’t know what to do, but I’ve been watching your videos and they’ve been helping me cope. Thank you Physch2Go, you may not realize it but your a real life saver.

Sometimes I feel stressed out with my family, they make me feel pressured for some odd reason, and whenever I feel like I need to cry, after 1-2 mins, I feel like all my emotions erased and I don't crack a smile almost all day. I had to search up why I was feeling this way. And I believe I'm experiencing emotional detachment. The only reason I know I have it is because I wouldn't be interested in anything, not even my cat. And I wouldn't be near my family or want to talk to them. Thankfully, I know what to do when it happens, I have to do something small, such as yoga, walk around, do chores, talk with my cat and pet him, etc. Emotional detachment can be treatable, but if you stay for too long, it can be a problem for your mental health. Thank you for reading 🙏❤

Story of my life honestly. I've always had bad depression but over the last couple years I've had a lot of people leave my life to the point where I have no interest in talking to anyone or even trying to meet anyone. I stay home other than when I go to work and the only person I talk to outside of work is my son and 1 friend. When my son is at his dad's I feel so empty and alone. But since everyone I thought wouldn't leave my life, has left it I have no want to meet or try anymore. I'd rather just be alone.

I’ve been watching a few of these videos they have helped me but I’ve been too afraid to reach out for some help, but I tell my friend my feelings and she helps me cope in a healthier way I’ve tried mental and physical self harm and these videos and my friend helping is helping a lot. Don’t forget to check Up on your friends and family! Because if your not careful you might lose them. ( I check up on my friends as much as I can Bc when u have fake friends they’ll use u and won’t really care about how you feel when u get a real friend keep them as close as possible and check up on them. Thank you for making this KZreadr channel. Enjoy ur day💕✨
