5 Signs That Your Insulin Resistance is Reversing [Insulin Resistant to Insulin Sensitive]

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I’m gonna talk about 5 Signs That Your Insulin Resistance is Reversing. Or in other words, signs that you’re going from Insulin Resistant to Insulin Sensitive. Why is insulin resistance important? Well, it’s at the core of most common chronic health conditions, including type 2 diabetes, cancer, dementia, heart disease, PCOS, high blood pressure, etc. Elevated insulin, and resulting insulin resistance, is a causative factor in all of these conditions.
If you want to drastically improve your health, reverse a chronic health condition, or simply live longer, lowering your insulin, and reversing your insulin resistance/improving your insulin sensitivity is the best place to start!
This video is not a medical advice, it's for educational purposes only.
Ask your doctor for a fasting insulin, or a HOMA-IR test.
And watch my other video about interpreting your insulin test results:

I've been eating in an 8 hour window, fasting the rest of the day. Then, I've been trying to not eat breakfast for as long as I can wait after waking. I have these 5 signs now. I thought it was weird that I wasn't as thirsty or going to the bathroom as often. You made my day. I'm doing well. 😊

She is exactly correct. My PTSD exacerbates my Type 2 as Cortisol forces the release of insulin, but fasting 16:8 and 18:6 regularly helped my fasting glucose but not my HA1c. I wear a constant glucose monitor that I highly recommend, because you do not have to wait 3 months to see if you are improving. My Freestyle Libre 2 gives me a spot glucose reading and projected HA1c which is now trending to 6.3 from 9.1 only 2 months ago. What did I do different? I eliminated all alcohol and 95% of carbs and I exercise moderately 30 min after eating to reduce spikes and improve my glucose response. I am not overweight. I still shaved off 11 lbs and with 40 yrs now of resistance training I am as jacked as Hugh Jackman's wolverine. I take supplements and follow experts like Dr Berg on keto, as well as my naturopath. I am on a dual mission to prove my arrogant MD wrong and improve my health, permanently!

This theory that human ate rarely is not proven. Our near animals like apes they eat all day little by little. Not to mention, they eat ,mostly, plants. Keto indeed drops insulin and sugar levels but is it the healthy method long run? We must be more skeptikists.

One not mentioned but happened to me was my skin tags disappeared in about 3 weeks and my skin 8:10 cleared up very noticeably. I have always had pre cancerous patches that get burned off every year…now all are gone. I improved my insulin resistance thru carnivore diet, and no down sides at all, but too many plus’s to list… probably saved my life to put it simply!

I don't have insulin problems but this is how I've eat. I've never had set times of meals because of work, social life, etc. Whatever time that l stop eating or drinking - be it 5 pm or 12 pm etc ; I wait a minimum of 10 hours before l eat again but usually it is up to 15 hours. Then minimum of once a week - when it's convenient to my lifestyle; l do a 32 hour Fast but usually its over 40 hours. My parents brought me up to not eat hardly any processed / packaged foods, plus fortunately l've lived in various countries so had quality food. I eat and drink in MODERATION - everything is usually fresh, Organic and Fee range, so then it is inexpensive. Whether meat or cheeses ( unless from totally grass fed like Aberdeen Angus cows ), Sheep, Goat, Rabbit , wild Boar, Deer. Various Eggs ( not any from intensively farmed fowl) , freshwater prawns and fish. Also organic Olive oil, black coffee, dark chocolate ( l don't have milk or butter - only in cakes) , nuts, honey, fruits and veg etc. Rarely do l have pasta, bread, rice, grains etc. Hope some of this advice helps somebody.

Insulin resistance is a normal response to too much carbohydrate. Your cells are simply protecting themselves from the onslaught of glucose that people are continually eating. All of the videos I watch talk about insulin resistance as if it is some kind of a pathology or problem that needs to be fixed. It’s not. What needs to be fixed is not your insulin resistance but your carbohydrate consumption. Lowering insulin resistance without lowering carbohydrates would mean allowing glucose into cells that don’t need it or want it. That will result in serious illness or death. I want my cells to be resistant to insulin trying to jam glucose into them. But I won’t have to even think about that if I just stop putting carbohydrates into my mouth.

Carbohydrates isn’t the cause of diabetes but animal fat ,when you are diagnosed with diabetes half of your beta cells are dead or inactive because of animal products consumption .A fat accumulation around the pancreas and in the liver is a primary cause. The fat you eat is the fat you wear .High blood sugar because of carbohydrates consumption isn’t diabetes but sugar spikes, its natural occurring but not necessarily bad for healthy person

Sounds like it may be a disorder related to your methylation cycle. Have you had genetic testing to see where you may have variants or weakness(es) in your methylation? The methylation cycle has pretty much everything to do with metabolism on a molecular level. If you have one or more genetic variants, you may need to take very specific supplements to support your body for optimal efficiency. If you need more information on this subject, please check out Gary Brecka's videos here on KZread. I've learned a LOT from him.

There is a english study with very low caloris (650-850) for 8-16 weeks they lost a lot of fat in the pancreas, there was regrowt of Beta cells(they makes the insulin) it was a study for diabetes 2. I dont know if Will happen with a more slower weight loss(but i thing so, i thing the point it to loss fat in the pangreas, but the study was only with these very low calorie) If you have diabetis 1, Then you need insulin from the doctor(most diabetes 1 comes when they are children)

Neutropenia (reduced neutrophil count) can result from various causes, including underlying health conditions, medications, infections, or dietary factors. Do you have any autoimmune disorders, or had any viral infections? Are you taking any medication? Certain medications, including chemotherapy drugs, antibiotics, antiepileptic drugs, and immunosuppressants, can induce neutropenia as a side effect. Berberine does not cause this.
