Great video! I actually went to a Lazy Boy showroom today and they did not tell me any of this. I felt overwhelmed with choices, so I left. For such a pricey purchase, they should take the time to fit the customer in the chair.

Thank you. I’m in misery. Due to health problems, I’m stuck in a chair much of the day. I tend to end up in agony after a short time, and that is no exaggeration. I’m on my 3rd recliner. 😭

I purchased a lazy boy and wasn’t told any of these things. Now I’m suffering from neck pain caused from the cushion behind my head pushing my head forward. If I’m sitting in the chair and I don’t move my neck and stand up I’m practically looking at the floor with a forward head posture. So much for me buying a La-Z-Boy and thinking I’m getting a great chair for postural support where in fact it’s screwing up my neck
