Hey coach! Just wondering if you can make some therapy exercises and/or home remedies you can do while you're resting a sore arm or etc. Thanks! When my son throws me the ball. He lacks power. The ball in the air rotates horizontally rather than vertical. So, while I see the ball coming at me it is spinning left to right rather than up and down. Is there a drill to help fix this? When he releases the ball it looks awkward and not smooth.

I have 24 strikeouts in 36 games. Lead the team. When I make contact, I have great power, lead team in xbh, but I normally dip my back shoulder and I’m struggling to fix this.

In the beginning of the season I was the best hitter on my team. But these last few games I’ve struck out a lot and not hit. The season is over now but this will help to practice during the summer

I have a baseball tournament for my new club team tomorrow really hoping this helps

I had a trash swing my 7th grade year 8th grade no season cause of covid now I'm a freshman(Only on JV trying to work hard and get varsity next year) I've been putting in extra work at practice on the tee or whatever hitting drill we are doing and my swing, contact, and power have increased significantly I went from batting 9th in the lineup to 5th or 6th(Not that good but there is improvement and more improvement to be made) So just put in the time on the tee and it will help I swear it got me from a player who was only put in because I was good in the infield to a player who is good at fielding and hitting. To sum this up JUST WORK ON THE TEE IT WILL HELP YOU IMPROVE SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!

I think I can always get walked on 4 balls that’s why I strike out often

I'm the kid who hits everything at the start of the season and can't hit a perfect pitch in the middle of the season.

I know it sucks, I went 0-3 for bad pitches outside. Then I went to picth and threw a ball next thing I hear strike . I felt bad for the other team and myself

Talk about it the umpires in my league stink one was a foot above my head and it was a strike and another one was way into the other batters box IT WAS A STRIKE LIKE MY GUY YOU GOOD LIKE GET SOME GLASSES
