More than the good ones, there's so much negative to say about this country, but in the end you preferred not just to say something nice but stayed in the country as well. I too searched for a better life, settled in the US, but after years of endless search to where my heart really belongs, I am so blessed my journey ended up in this country. So continue to search the happiness you deserve. Enjoy your stay coz it's really more fun in the Philippines!

Just because you don't encounter bullies doesn't mean there are none. There are bad stuff happening to a certain Filipino right now but you're just not aware of it. Oppression, domestic violence, child abuse, drugs, police brutality and many more. Open your eyes! We Filipinos may hide this truth behind with our hospitality to others but we can't ignore the fact that this stuff are happening to our country!

Mana-san's approach is similar to "reverse psychology" that created intrigues and curiosity for anyone to watch. It was an effective way of attracting the viewers. To sum it up, she was more referring to the disadvantages what a Japanese could experience in coming to the Phils, They'd gain weight because of the delicious food, you will stay longer than plan because of the good & fine weather like my Japanese brod-in-law who lived here from year 2000 to 2018 and plays golf 4x a week with Japanese collegues married to Filipinas (that he can't do in Japan) , Jaqpanese will be amazed by the hospitality and friendliness of the Filipino people, the affordable things or items that is very expensive in Japan and the over-all natural beauty of the country could offer would surely change a Japanese outlook & character.... for a big change. Yes, it's more fun in the Philippines!!

I always compare life in the Phil's and each time, I love my country & the Filipinos more. It's not perfect but its imperfections are cute, addictive & we constantly try to improve. Grateful that you make our people realize to appreciate our own. God bless you more. I came back 20 years ago & retiring here happy, content & helping others to be grateful always.

I mean liked I commented on your last video when you George and Lucy we’re walking in BGC along Mckinley Highway you past Trion tower and that’s where my family stay for three weeks, on those times we bought a car an ATV and ate every single time all over BGC and the surrounding cities. I mean we went to Mall if Asia, Quezon City, Antipolo Alabang Paranaque and Manila and so on everywhere. Then when drove down to Sounthern LEYTE in the middle of the Philippines the prices even got cheaper. So when we got stuck for the rest of the six months we didn’t mind at all because our expenditures wasn’t bad at all. Besides I really do believed that God prepared my own family for it. We even got to help our family down in the south because everything stops and we were the only blessed one that needed to share our blessings so we did. We picked about 200 families to help outside our families circle.

it's my first time seeing this channel. didn't know you have a separate channel for this. I think it's really just different on how you view something esp when you've stayed somewhere all your life.. I was born and raise here and I can wait to go to Japan. While Brits and Japanese people like hot weather, we love the cold weather. I didn't know Japanese people were shy, I thought they're just reserved and cold people (srsly), I thought it stems from their culture being of silence and honor and all that stuff. Also, for food, I think Japan has better food quality than the PH, otherwise they wouldn't have a lot of michelin star in one city. I haven't been to Japan but from what I've read the quality of their street food matches some mid-end restos here both taste and sanitation. I think what I'd agree with her here is that it's cheap in the Philippines - something I think we as Filipinos don't realize. The cost of living here is so low. However, it's because it matches our minimum wage. Don't get me wrong tho, I love the Philippines. This is my home. Just saying that I'd probably have my reasons to not return here when I get to Japan as well. (well, aside from the price of coffee.LOL)

Filipino people are actually cheerful and very friendly even if they dont know you they would instantly felt you're part of their family because they would call you "kuya" or "ate",names for older brother or older sister

That gaining weight thing is very true. I'm Filipino as well, but after not being home for so long I ate so much food chow king, jolli bee, sisig and goldi locks and many more. We live in the UK now but everytime I go back to the phillipines I make the most of it and food is deffinetly on the top of my list.

We love foreigners in our country, actually we have this hospitality thing when it comes to foreigners, which is sometimes abused by few. One of Filipino tradition is, if you treat us good we will do the same. Sometimes more than what you expect.
