Hundreds of detailed prophecies were written centuries before the events they accurately described. For example, just as the Old Testament foretold, the Messiah Jesus was born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14) in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2), as a descendant of Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3), Isaac (Genesis 17:19), and Jacob (Genesis 28:14). He was betrayed by a friend (Psalm 41:9) for 30 pieces of silver that were used to purchase the potter’s field (Zechariah 11:13). Then he was mocked and ridiculed, pierced in his hands and feet, and lots were cast for his clothing (Psalm 22:7, 16, 18). He died (Daniel 9:26) as a sacrifice for our sins and was buried in a rich man’s tomb (Isaiah 53:8-10). After a short time in the grave, he lived again (Psalm 16:10; Isaiah 53:10). *The Bible is God's complete book detailing his plan of redemption from the beginning (Genesis) to the end (Revelation).* Since the fall of man in Genesis, the basis of salvation has always been the death of Christ. No one, either prior to the cross or since the cross, would ever be saved without that one pivotal event in the history of the world. Christ’s death paid the penalty for past sins of Old Testament saints and future sins of New Testament saints. The requirement for salvation has always been faith. The object of one’s faith for salvation has always been God. The Old Testament sacrificial system did not take away sin, as Hebrews 10:1-10 clearly teaches. It did, however, point to the day when the Son of God would shed His blood for the sinful human race once and for all. What has changed through the ages is the content of a believer’s faith. God’s requirement of what must be believed is based on the amount of revelation He has given mankind up to that time. This is called progressive revelation. Adam believed the promise God gave in Genesis 3:15 that the Seed of the woman (Jesus Christ) would conquer Satan. Adam believed Him, demonstrated by the name he gave Eve (v. 20) and the Lord indicated His acceptance immediately by covering them with coats of skin (v. 21). At that point that is all Adam knew, but he believed it. Abraham believed God according to the promises and new revelation God gave him in Genesis 12 and 15. Prior to Moses, no Scripture was written, but mankind was responsible for what God had revealed. Throughout the Old Testament, believers came to salvation because they believed that God would someday take care of their sin problem. Today, we look back, believing that He has already taken care of our sins on the cross (John 3:16; Hebrews 9:28). What about believers in Christ’s day, prior to the cross and resurrection? What did they believe? Did they understand the full picture of Christ dying on a cross for their sins? Late in His ministry, “Jesus began to explain to his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, chief priests and teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life” (Matthew 16:21-22). What was the reaction of His disciples to this message? “Then Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. ‘Never, Lord!’ he said. ‘This shall never happen to you!’” Peter and the other disciples did not know the full truth, yet they were saved because they believed that God would take care of their sin problem. They didn’t exactly know how He would accomplish that, any more than Adam, Abraham, Moses, or David knew how, but they believed God. Today, we have more revelation than the people living before the resurrection of Christ; we know the full picture. “In the past God spoke to our forefathers at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe” (Hebrews 1:1-2). Our salvation is still based on the death of Christ, our faith is still the requirement for salvation, and the object of our faith is still God. The Old Testament sacrificial system is no longer needed since Christ paid the price of Sin for us permanently. Today, for us, the content of our faith is that Jesus Christ died for our sins, He was buried, and He rose the third day for our salvation (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Other religions follow books of teachings written by one person. The Bible consists of 66 books written by 40 or more authors over the course of more than 1500 years (from 1500 BC to approx. 90 AD) in three different languages (Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek). The Bible is the only book in the world ever written like this. In spite of this, the message throughout the Bible is the same. It is the message of salvation through God’s Son, Jesus Christ. Christianity is not about joining a church or a religious organization. It is not about following religious rules and ceremonies and man-made rituals. It is not about religion. Christianity is about having a personal relationship with God Himself, made possible because of Jesus Christ and what happened at the cross.

I'm currently studying the Quran. I'm finding the same issues as you did. The denial 16:38 of the crucifixion is a huge one to me. If the devil wants to convince people to walk away from God would he not write a book denying the thing that defeated him like the crucifixion 🙄

I advise you to look into the Quran sincerely. How can God let his "Son" be killed who is the dearest in order for the sins to be forgiven. Lets all keep in mind that Jesus is also God. How can humans humiliate God? It is illogical. The Quranic perspective was that God would not let that happen to one of his messengers but rather made it look like Jesus was crucified so the enemies think they have won against God. Surely God will judge them in the hereafter and nobody defeats God.

Because the Quran and Islam is so full of misunderstanding. The problem with Islam is that its a pretentious religion, trying to tell everyone that Michael Jackson was caucassian. Its perversion in the highest order. Both Christians and Jews agreed on the Tanak. New Testament contains accurate verses from the Torah. Meanwhile Quran not only refute the previous books but made up entirely new stories and non-sense arabic names like Isa, Musa, etc. It would have been better if Islam is not a try-hard Abrahamic religion, more like Hinduism or Buddhism.

When I prayed if I could leave this world my body spoke a word Without My Permission I Never Heard Before, "Malarkey". Hours before a major surgery a Bright orb of light Passed across my face. I lived and worked in an islamic country for 4 decades - not for a second I could believe that Islam could be truly from God. If you are a saved person, I suggest you check if your salvation is true. If not, receive the Lord Jesus as your Lord and saviour.

Watching them "preaching" a life they cant fullfill, being fake and blaming others for their own lack of character n how they treated me n others who were foreigners but they had to stand us since we were making the companies earn much more money than themselves, drove me into a complete repulse regarding their religion compared to what we learn in the bible " True religion is to take care of widowed women, orphans and dont deny foreigner's rights - it's not abt how many times u pray in a daily basis in front of others" their religion is merely to pretend they are higher than anyone in the universe,lie,cheat and go into all they condemn themselves as adultery, prostitution, lust, promiscuity, greed, deniying ppl's wage, steal them, using ppl from other religions n women as objects and discard them when there was nothing left to use and still pretend they are good n we were the problem while they arent even sure if they will be saved or not at all, they fast during Ramadan in order to be forgiven n pretend they want be hungry like the poors they remember only during Bayrams but fight everyone in the streets and behave really badly while doing so, they pray in front of others n leave work on Fridays during lunch time to the mosque but their souls are filled with darkness n madness imposed by the goddamn rules they learnt to follow,opressions n doctrines of Islam that they can't understand or explain even to themselves

“The LORD came from Sinai and dawned over them from Seir; he shone forth from Mount Paran. And it came to pass exactly as foretold, for Allaah dispelled the night of disbelief with the Prophethood of Moosa, and the light increased with the Prophethood of the Messiah, and was completed and reached everywhere on earth with the Prophethood of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). These three Prophets who were mentioned in this foretelling were also mentioned in the beginning of Soorat al-Teen (interpretation of the meaning): “By the fig, and the olive. By Mount Sinai. By this city of security (Makkah)” [al-Teen 95:1-3] 61:6. And when Jesus son of Mary said, “O Children of Israel, I am Allah’s Messenger to you, confirming what preceded me of the Torah, and bringing the good news of a Messenger who will come after me, whose name is Ahmad.” But when he brought them the miracles, they said, “This is obvious magic.” The sentence mentioned in the Gospel of John is one of the glad tidings of Jesus, son of Mary, peace be upon him, to the disciples of the mission of the Prophet, after him. I can't begin to comprehend the depth of spiritual and actual physical courage of this man. I'm ashamed to admit I don't possess a fraction of his courage, even as much as I consider myself a believer in Christ. For most people listening to this and understanding his logic, we sit in dread of the immense danger he has publicly placed himself into, violent martyrdom. Some may think he's already a dead man walking, waiting to be taken into Heaven for his spiritual and religious beliefs. Many years ago, I too, came across Internet religious discussions that very, very, very discretely suggested the Founder of Islam was inspired by...something else. Yes the best thing that ever happened to me

One thing I was always confused about was why all of a sudden we see a name change in the Abrahamic God. Now I'm not really trying to get into anything cuz really what's a name to a god. But for almost all of Abrahamic history we see a trend of Adonai of YHWH, than when Islam comes around it's suddenly Allah?

Honestly, when I thought of converting to Islam, I started getting no sleep and I began to have stress because I was very confused.

A few years ago I repented to God then Prayed for help, "I was until then an Atheist." I then had a dream of Jesus coming before God and he spoke of the Tabernacle in Perfect context, "A word I didn't know existed.", and what I felt from Jesus when I Held him was unlike Anything I've Ever felt before - A Lifetime of Love Every Second - It brought me to Sobbing and it changed my life, Forever. I've had Many experiences since, "Several witnessed". A voice Spoke Clearly into my ear, "Go Visit Your Father Today.", hours before he passed. When I prayed if I could leave this world my body spoke a word Without My Permission I Never Heard Before, "Malarkey". Hours before a major surgery a Bright orb of light Passed across my face. God and Jesus ARE real! Truly Love God & Everyone! I believe Prayer, Following God's laws & Love is the answer, and through that, Truly becoming Humble, Merciful, Welcoming, Giving, Gentle, Respectful, Compassionate, Patient, Kind and Forgiving, To All.

Allaah likens the Prophethood of Moosa to the coming of the dawn, and the Prophethood of the Messiah after him to the rising of the sun, and the Prophethood of the Seal of the Prophets to the sun rising high in the sky and its light reaching all over the earth. And it came to pass exactly as foretold, for Allaah dispelled the night of disbelief with the Prophethood of Moosa, and the light increased with the Prophethood of the Messiah, and was completed and reached everywhere on earth with the Prophethood of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). These three Prophets who were mentioned in this foretelling were also mentioned in the beginning of Soorat al-Teen (interpretation of the meaning): “By the fig, and the olive. By Mount Sinai. By this city of security (Makkah)” [al-Teen 95:1-3] 61:6. And when Jesus son of Mary said, “O Children of Israel, I am Allah’s Messenger to you, confirming what preceded me of the Torah, and bringing the good news of a Messenger who will come after me, whose name is Ahmad.” But when he brought them the miracles, they said, “This is obvious magic.” The sentence mentioned in the Gospel of John is one of the glad tidings of Jesus, son of Mary, peace be upon him, to the disciples of the mission of the Prophet, after him. The essence of the matter is that Jesus preached the Prophet Muhammad, by his name “Ahmed”, so the translators of this name brought knowledge and turned it into an adjective, and they gave it the name “PERIQLYTOS” or “PARACLYTOS”, which means the one who gives much praise, so they translated it into the word “Paraclete”. Then they translated this word in Arabic as “the comforter,” “the advocate,” or “the intercessor.” Here are some scholars opinion. @@jumannemtawa4535 Jesus was the Word or the Visible Image of the Invisible God. Everytime creations see God, it is the Word that they see. The Word for a short time period became human, he was named Jesus. The purpose was to die on the cross to redeem mankind from the penalty of sins which was death. So everyone who believes in Him, will not die eternal death anymore (He paid the penalty for them), but can have eternal life instead.

I am not talking down to you BTW, it's just that there are so many out there that do not do the necessary research. Like you, I too did a lot of research before reaching my own conclusions that I constantly revise. On the strength of the quality of your exposé, I am subscribing. Thank you so much.

One religion is made by a man that said to love your enemies and pray for them, its kinda like a peace activists. The other one made a religion and built armies to fight others and was like a warrior. Is it that hard to know wich one is more peaceful?

In the verse where is it written THAT MARY , JESUS AND GOD ARE REFFERED AS TRINITY ? THEY ARE SIMPLY SAID TO BE WORSHIPPED. And people did worship Jesus and Mary earlier too and now too. Maybe you may not consider them as equal to God but many do .

I accepted Islam as a Christian and saw how the devil binds me and the angel of God cannot free me. I fell ill suddenly, I went to old age homes for months for tests, the doctors couldn't find my problem, I didn't have peace with my colleagues at my new workplace, I burned out in 1 month, but Jesus came in a vision to get me out of there and also sent the promise of healing. But Satan led me astray again due to exhaustion, and in 1 year I returned to Islam, but I became unemployed, I was not hired anywhere, and after months I understood that everything is wrong because of Islam, and that Allah is not God, but Baal, the Meccans God, the Devil. They wrote those 200 years after Jesus. During the time of Jesus the Bible didn’t exist. It isn’t approved by Jesus. Those are all accusations against Jesus. Guys maybe we can all be more fully Christians. Please consider this... respond if you have sensible opinion: May I ask, considering non Catholic Christians use the Bible which the Catholic church chose among around 25k manuscripts of the New Testament, it assumes much that non Catholic Christians implicitly believe in the Catholic Church's God given authority to declare what's true. If not, then why don't non Catholic Christians choose their own manuscripts to include in the Bible as divinely inspired. But that would mean infinite versions of the Bible because of the assumption of most non Catholic Christians that all Christians have the authority to declare truths. What's do you think? An honest question. The Bible is selected and compiled by the Catholic church. Then non Catholics used that compilation and claimed it for themselves. The Bible is a Catholic book. Christians accepting Jesus the Christ while still yet sinners have had their sins forgiven and blotted away allowing them to come before a Holy God. Christians growing in Christ attempt to follow Jesus' precepts but are not always successful...yet they are saved for eternity and become children / a royal priesthood of the Father. As John 14:6 states: Jesus said, I am the way the truth and the life, no man can come before the Father but through me. Christianity is the only way to salvation and is a free gift through Jesus the Christ.

However, in yours, the name that's above every other name couldn't have been excluded-- "Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel." (Isaiah 7:14). Your Quran, that's believed to have come from the Abrahmic God attest to this correct? Maryam conceived a "pure" child, without the need of a male intercourse. You cannot argue with me that this sign isn't Jesus. Furthermore, Jesus is God, it is even corroborated in the first book of the Abrahamic Book. Then God said, 'Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule... over all the creatures that move along the ground" (Genesis 1:26). Because when Jesus was on the cross, he spiritually absorbed every single sin. We know that God cannot even look upon sin. This meant there was a separation or barrier between The Father and The Son.

This is true, every time I had a conversation with an Imam, the explanation wouldn't add up no matter how much I asked or trying hard at looking at it from a different perspective. There was no consistency like scripture has and there seems to be quite some contradictions with their teachings. plus there are lots of parts that explain violence when required, i don't know how this is a "religion of peace".
