🔺Today's Topic:
Let me start off by saying that whether you use a bottled gel or potted gel to create your gel nails, the most important thing is the end result… How beautifully finished those nails are, but even more important than that is that the nails last!
But here’s the thing, I never want you to under-estimate how much attention your client pays to your process and your products. Or if you do your own nails, how happy those cute products make you feel.
And in life, often, we think we can’t have it all. Things are ‘too good to be true’ we say. But with potted soft gels you CAN have beautiful, high quality, and safe products to use on yourself and your clients.
Today, I want to share with you the top 5 reasons why I prefer (and have done so since 2016!) potted soft gel for my gel nail services… even extensions!
When you’re ready hit play!

Potted gels are easier to store and pack for traveling because they are so compact, but I actually find them less travel-friendly in general because they gel gets all up in the lids and then makes the lids and the rims of the pots sticky and messy.

A possibility indeed, but bottled gel has also leaked on me while traveling 🤷🏻‍♀️ May depend on how the manufacturer lids seal.

@@PaolaPonceNails I've hand bottled gels leak too, but usually I find clean up very easy. But once my potted gels leak, the whole pot is a mess. I wish Kokoist would make solid gels. But then I'd have to spend $$$ replacing most of my collection with the new line.

Thank you, Poala. ❤ I agree with so much. Potted hard gels are actually my primary, but I want soft gel options for my clients. Do you know of any HEMA Free soft potted gels? Kokoist has some, but it just requires so much research.

Hi Paola! What about the size of the refill bottle is the more like potted ingredients or the bottle?

Do you find that potted gels spill or get messy when moving or traveling?
