This video is so Aquarius 😂 The way you’re describing it in the beginning. It’s like you’re saying “I’m not telling you HOW to think, I’m telling you TO think”. I love it. 😊

This is bonkers good. As I write this, waiting for a therapy session to start. Had dealt with my father's suicide in 2004, but never considered his first attempt in 1972 when I was 9, that nested in amongst two other traumas thanks to an unhelpful, unsupportive mother. All of this has come tumbling in over the past couple weeks and really levelled me, or I should say, validated the struggle I'm in. Keen on the analysis helping, but/and also firmly believe Hillman's acorn theory; everything makes us who we are. I am super keen on cracking through what's holding me back-this is part of my acorn too. Everything is acorn! My jaw dropped when you were talking about this childhood trauma subject. Grateful!

Love hillman and especially the souls code. What I found empowering in it was the fact that I'm not 'broken' but have a destiny which includes trauma it bought a distance between experience and self which helped to look objectively knowing it was 'written in the stars' and therefore 'useful' to growth. I find astrology has the same focus.

Wow, you never cease to blow my mind! This helped me change my perspective from “wounding leads us to our healing” to “wounding leads us to our destiny”. Pretty radical shift.

This is crazy! I had hot chocolate late in the evening yesterday and the sugar kept me up most of the night. I was thinking of this concept in my life and I could see, details of how the wounds of my soul during childhood were necessary. God showed me that he encouraged the people who upset me to do and say what they did for me to take the path I needed to - for growth, experiencing the difficulties of life, and embracing, loving, and healing the darknesses - making me ‘whole’. We need the yin and yang to fully know love and loving our darkness is holy. Great thoughts ❤

As a person who absolutely hates the idea that we choose each & every experience for ourselves 😅 I do actually like #1 because we always seem to understand the lessons as we look back on traumatic situations. . . And we also understand how certain experiences were catalyst for us to get to our desired manifestation

#4 makes me think about how art classes are underfunded in public schools. I have a growing passion as an emerging new art teacher (earning my credentials now) for utilizing recyclable materials for art curriculum, engaging students in the activism of saving our environment while making beautiful art out of unexpected “stuff”.

Adam, I felt super downloaded by this. In the last question "Change not growth"you def had a shift in energy, at least from where I sat. The paradigm piece was so thought provoking. I can still see the image of the mandala and "my future , destine self," I totally relate to that . Seeing oneself almost multidimensional , as though we exist in the present on all phases of our life. Causality/acausality- "divination is the way we speak to the universe".. This is exactly why I got your book through the kickstarter. I concur !! .I was having a conversation with a friend today about Pluto-Aquarius( he does'nt t speak astrology)- and so I gave him a story using images, scenarios and examples of how the collective may view their shifts in their belief system. You were so eloquent, and clear with this teaching today. I listened twice to make sure I got the download completed. So grateful to be in your year 1 class and already signed up through the kick starter for year 2. I'm totally in it. Blessings.

Aquarius rising here. I have to stop the video to comment on your first point. My father was killed when I was 4 years old. My life has been shaped by that event. BUT it was only after I shifted from a therapy paradigm (the endless rehashing of my past) to a life coaching paradigm (focused on my future) that I turned my “trauma” into fertilizer, thereby enriching my path.

Thank you for going deep. I needed this. I'm having a hard time understanding how pluto in Aquarius in the third house would affect my life. My whole chart has changed...as has my life in the last year. I find myself seeking deeper meanings. Already by looking at my imprint on life I can see a slow burn toward trying to make sense of it all on more than one level. The third house pluto is asking me to communicate more deeply. Not in a safe mode that I have acquired, but taking a chance. I have been writing and illustrating children's books for the last five years and the themes have been simple, few words, visually centered. This new book that I am working on last more than 10,000 words that attempts to ground the reader in the beauty of nature while teaching children to love the rules found in science. I am amazed at what is coming through... this journey through Pluto will certainly force us to go where no human has gone before.

That itself could be perceived in a positive way or negative way for some or could be perceived in a neutral way as in I AM, WE JUST ARE infinite beings that are already perfect, that everything is ok and happening in perfect universal order. 💖 I am in a group where we discuss this. 💖💫 😃 Good stuff!!!

#grabbed I’m a practicing Speech Therapist that works with students who have a variety of developmental disorders. I just completed an amazing training discussing two different ways children develop language: one being more linear (Analytical language processor which is how most of us develop language), and the other being more holistic where kids learn language in larger chunks (Gestalt language processors). It completely changed my view on how some of my students learn language and is shifting how I support them in therapy. Very exciting and hopeful stuff!

Wonderfully rich ideas to explore! For #1 Idea, I can see that the 'healing trauma' paradigm is an essential part for our wholeness and growth and can absolutely be 'inclusive' with the paradigm of Hillman's acorn theory. I don't see it as an either-or proposition, but rather an expanded and inclusive paradigm shift...both the 'healing' and the 'understanding' can be profoundly supportive and needed in re-establishing wholeness and expanding awareness. There is a beautiful Japanese Art Healing practice called - Kintsugi - (Glueing back together a broken pottery bowl and painting gold along the cracks) that represents how we re-join the pieces of ourselves through healing our trauma to create something in ourselves that is even stronger and more beautiful!

Yes to all of these! To me, the two paradigms from Point 1 are both true. It's a both/and scenario. We chose these situations (generally, not necessarily every little last detail) like designing a traumatic birth or inability to connect to a mother as an infant, so that we would stay connected longer to Spirit. Where normally we may bond better with our mother and begin to put more attention on the comforts of earth life instead of staying focused on the spiritual realm. Some of us were trained as counselors in the spiritual realm and chose parents that would teach us a lot about how to heal and how to have compassion for those who have been through it. BUT also, it is definitely going on and quite obvious when you've been around so many people with complex PTSD that of course our childhood affects our adulthood negatively until we finally get the healing we need. I use the term negatively to mean - ongoing attraction of toxic people and situations, and struggles with emotional and personality disorders - depression, extreme anxiety, narcissism, stuckness, even health issues. Yes the health issues can transform you, but ultimately you want to heal so you can move on to different life experiences. Ultimately it's finding the balance between doing the self-care and inner work to heal while also recognizing our wholeness and perfection right now, not at some point in the future, but right now.

I see the life paradigm as neither scripted nor completely un. It's more like improv. We get the characters, setting, circumstances, influences, but we still have to show up and DO the scene. It's both/and. I like astrology because it's integral in nature, combining verifiable data with relational archetypal qualities, energies and themes. It's both/and.

Interesting. I feel like, as a person who has been steeped in yoga, I have always looked at things the acorn/daimon way, which served me well up to a point. But recently a series of events prompted by physical pain has led me to EMDR therapy in which I have been going back to core memories and sort of rewriting them…and it has felt really groundbreaking. I wonder if I’m changing who I am supposed to be or if this too was part of my future self plan. 🤔

The acorn n the tree: In a reading one looks at the whole chart n the person. But I would start looking, LOL, for the roots of the acorn on the 1st house. Esoteric astrology seems to look strongly at the 2st house, but that does not discount psychological and Evolutionary astrology. Absolutely love this video❤.

This connects to No. 1 the most: I'm an Aquarius Sun / Rising and create 'art out of time'... Soul meditation mandalas that I call STAR Soul Lights because they are based on the astrology chart (the STARs) of a moment in time, the mandalas are painted aspects using Pythagorean colour attributions... I 'birthed' this in 2020 and it has been evolving ever since, I am now on v1.3 painting the planetary dimensions of the soul (e. g. My Plutonic soul) and feel the time is nigh for my heartwork (after 3 solid years 'plugging away at it') to be 'seen', accepted and most crucially, used, in the World... #grabbed

Wonderful reflections. The Aquarian theme of ancient-is-modern comes through in many of the ideas you shared. That's an Aquarian gift - the radical nature of getting back to the root and articulating those radical ideas in language of the times. Maybe that's what lineage is all about - at least from an Aquarian perspective. Speaking of perspectives and the image of a participatory psychedelic multiverse - reminds me of another undervalued Aquarian insight - holarchy. Everything - that is every single thing - is a whole and a part. The structure of life is holarchial. Not hierarchial - which is more the Capricornian side of Saturn. Holarchy is the Aquarian side of Saturn. It's not relativism - as you may have been implying. It's more nuanced. Kind of like co-present ultimacy . . . if that makes sense. Oh, and I while appreciate your pointing to the talk on the Pluto through the houses, I wouldn't say it was more "practical". 😍Just differently practical.

#grabbed Pluto into Aquarius in my fourth house of home/family/etc.... Early morning after Pluto just entered Aquarius: I'm house-sitting for my sister and I wake up early to watch the sunrise over the mountains out the eastern windows. I'm feeling this inspired energy listening to good music and looking at this beautiful scene. There is a feeling of hopefulness I haven't felt in a while. Maybe Pluto in Aquarius will bring good things, even if they are indeed intense, powerful and transformative. After watching the sun come up over the mountains, I decide to take a shower... but I left some of my clean clothes in my car out in the driveway. It's a freezing cold January morning in the Northeast but I am just going to step outside for a quick second to grab my clothes out of the car, so I don't even bother to put on a jacket or grab my phone or anything. I run out to my car but upon returning to the front door I am suddenly VERY unpleasantly surprised to discover that my sister's front door apparently can be opened from the inside while remaining locked from the outside. I'M LOCKED OUT! My phone is still playing music on the speaker inside the house. I can't call anyone. The dog is sitting there waiting for me to come back in. I'm searching everywhere around the outside of the house for some kind of spare key. Nothing. Shit. I'm freezing my ass off! It's 9 degrees F and I have only a thin layer on. Well, things could have been worse. Luckily, I did have my car keys and my parent's house was not toooo far away. I still don't have my coat or my phone. I'm literally in my pajamas... but luckily all I have to do is drive over to my parents house on the other side of town to use their phone. My sister is out of town but I call her in-laws who happen to have a spare key! PHEW! They are able to unlock the door and meanwhile my parents serve me up some bacon and eggs. This wasn't so bad afterall. What is this all about? Perhaps something symbolic (or literal) about crises of home and family that turn out to not be so bad in the end? Maybe I am getting a little warning to make sure I have things I need (survival basics like a jacket, or better awareness and mindfulness), before leaving the boundaries of home and comfort? Perhaps it means there are ways to successfully problem-solve and navigate the crises of the coming era? Relying on the help of others? Discovering that within the crisis there are also little blessings (like unexpected warm breakfast served up for me on the other side of town where I was not expecting to be this morning?) Ha! I don't know. I'm not sure how any of this relates to the archetypes of aquarius but perhaps there is something here for me to consider....? I've house-sat here many times and this has never happened any other time. Lol

I agree with the example you offer in #1. As an infant, I was exposed to toxic chemical contamination for the first two years of my life (I lived on Camp Lejeune Base, if any of you are familiar with that scandal). As an adult, with no knowledge of why I was so sick all the time or the connection of my infancy wit chemical exposure - I became a passionate eco-activist and permaculture designer. Most recently, as I dive into the discipline of Human Design and Richard Rudd's, The Gene Keys, I've discovered that my Genetic profile includes the entire "Codon Ring of Gaia" (which is rare) - which compels to feel deeply into the synergy of the natural world and feel called to defend it. There is a soul-yearning correlation between chemical exposure in infancy and deep empathy with nature as an adult that arose through me in a manner beyond my conscious choosing.

Thanks! Pluto moves into Aquarius today into tomorrow in the tropical zodiac. If you're using a sidereal zodiac, you are right, Pluto is not in Aquarius. If you're a zodiacal fundamentalist who believes only one zodiac is valid, then, consider the radical idea (like today's talk!) that different zodiacs are about different paradigms rather than one being objectively true and another false!

@@Adam-Elenbaas I am not a fundamentalist, I believe we can chameleon between the placements especially where are birth charts are concerned. The transits have a different language, something I have not entire come to terms with. And the difference is so great in the case of outer planets, it is hard for me reconcile. I am constantly checking both to reinforce my reality. There are several other markers that funnily cause similar ripples in our continuum aside at the time of the tropical change, and I don't know enough to tie it together. As you have said before it is not a science and I am happy in the ephermal.

So I am a Mercury in Aquarius and I do feel my future self called forth the trauma of my past, when I tell people this they tell me “ poor you for thinking that way to cope “ - it’s really gross to me 😂. I love the way I think. I love the ways I’ve healed. I appreciate who I am and who I’ve been. I appreciate the suffering, the abuse, trauma for what it gave me and taught me. It doesn’t mean it was “ deserved “ but it means I’ve made peace with it and accept it as apart of my journey… yet so many people shame me and belittle me over that. It makes me insane.

Yes… I’m so glad we are moving into soul oath destinies and experiences instead of the hashing out our childhood as our primary reason… and then it blames parents! Lots is non abusive parents have had children that struggled… which is why I have learned this from other sources… Souls code … sounds fun. Yes a paradigm shift along with an “ERA” Shift. Future self … causing the childhood self… yes… all is valid… yet times “change”… paradigms shift ! This gives me hope.. maybe now u can start again… helping people all on a soul level… rather than logic… spiritual openings. CHOICE… for all is Freedom! Allowing everyone to follow their own path!! Yes!!

I signed up for his 12 month class because this guy is on a whole different level. 'm just a beginner. In the future, history will be looking back at him as our time's philosopher. I don't understand much of what he's saying yet and I'm okay smart. It's some other worldly thing, ijs. He that hath an ear, let him hear.

i wonder how the children born under this Pluto transit will be. And also, i would have thought the Pluto's in Scorpio would have been the indigo children type, but have heard they didn't fare that well. I would think that may be because we didn't have the type of society that would recognize, let alone be conducive to their gifts. My son is Aquarius sun and Scorpio Uranus. He thinks he's cracking some codes between psychic ability and technology. 3 planets in Pisces., 8 th house . Most children heal themselves when they get into a more loving envionment. I was a psych nurse and recomend the book, Love,Medicine, and Miracles, by Bernie Seigal. Its all part and parcel. Love and light to Adam and family. This is very intrigueing ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
