181 Fremont is my dream building to live in. This is a great video. I never knew disclosures was a thing. Layout is the number one make or break for me, especially if the sun hits the windows all day. Why would it be a bad thing to not have an agent when house hunting?
The knob-and-tube wiring is new to me! I know there are a lot of things to consider when it comes to buying a home but you guys mentioned things I didn’t even think of. Thanks for all the tips!
