usually the easiest way is to just google it, once you go to a few and get familiar with companies that do it you can keep an eye on their websites

I years ago used the LC prep materials to prepare and there were a few gaps, but it was great as a foundation

It depends on the type of student you are :) some only study during exam sessions, some study both during the exam session and class period!
