I will absolutely use Connection before Content. BTW - it’s so great how you credit your sources. 👊🏻

Thanks, mate! Attribution is important to me. Even though a good idea does not care who it belongs to, crediting people for their work is a small act of kindness.

I believe the use of changing up my profile picture to one of the connection card images or questions has sparked an interest in others when sharing meeting space. I will continue to weave these examples into all virtual interactions because of personal mission to change up the spoon feeding of boring meeting menus - ARGH life is tooooo short! PSA - Chad keep the ‘have an awesome day’ it’s a worthy signature🎉

I will certainly use these ideas for conducting our next senior management meeting. I love the idea of keeping the pulse of the participants via a likert scale.

It's a fantastically easy way to reset attention and bring the group back. I used this method just last night with leaders at the University of Washington in a way to help personalize the learning and discussion that followed. For example, I asked them on a scale of 1 to 10, how tactical/practical (1) or high level/inspirational (10) would you like our conversation to be at. This gently guided us toward the "right" conversation for them at that time. Hope another example is helpful, Taisha. Welcome to the channel!

Sharing this videos with team members as a way of "delegating engagement" is a wonderful strategy in and of itself. "Hey Mark, can you watch this and pick one of this ideas to wrap up our meeting on Monday?" Boom 👍👍

I believe meetings can be engaging, meaningful and powerful to drive change in individuals. Great activities Chad. When you drew the letter in the air, it actually got me thinking.... can something like drawing in the air (maybe items or letters) be turned into some sort of activity or game to make meetings more engaging..... I'll keep playing around with it and see if something comes up. Or maybe you'll think of something!.... Thanks Chad! Have a great week!
