The most popular question in my Facebook group is, "is this normal?"
I get it. Hair loss is a REAL concern for men. 50% of men will go bald in their lifetime. But there is time for action, and then there is unnecessary panicking.
This video is going to shed light on where that line is, when to take action, and when to keep calm and not worry.

Usually if you notice the symptoms of baldness, it means you already have less than 30% of your hair left. So a preventive visit to a trichologist never hurt. Maybe you're already going bald, it'll just be a couple more years before it's noticeable to the naked eye.

Long hair looks like MORE hair in a brush or drain. Think about it, long hairs are several inches longer than short ones. So for the same number of individual hairs in a drain, you'll see a lot more hair volume.
Ugh, first timer growing my hair out (I'm finally at the full bun stage at 35) and I'm not used to my hair changing with length having always had short hair. The wet hair scalp ordeal has really been getting at me lately so this definitely helps. I'm trying for it not to really mess with me.

I think if they’re both decent quality, then it’s ok. Good conditioner seems more important than the shampoo. The main idea is 2 products that are for the same purpose rather than if they’re 2 diff brands; e.g., volume-enhancing for both or 1 of those and something quite different like straightening so your hair doesn’t get ‘confused’, I think. I like using Garnier or Tres Semme, e.g.

This video kinda boosted my confidence..i was experiencing hairfall whenever i was trying to grow my hair long and i also have severe dandruff issues ,so it was disastrous for me to manage long hair but after watching this video I realized that I really was freaking out whenever i saw 3-5 hair while shampooing or combing which now that I'm seeing is normal makes me think (and i also don't have bald spots either). And also those thin baby hairs were also a matter of concern for me...i guess i was freaking out a bit too much..thanks for this video man, really appreciate it.
So glad to have found this video. I've been terrified recently that I was thinning at the top because I could see the light shining through to my scalp on the top of my head, even when I was growing it out. I was so afraid that I just assumed the worst and started taking supplements to try and get my hair back. I am so relieved to learn that it's a normal thing.
Thanks for clearing up some fear factors that so many of us men have
Thank you so much. I was freaking out but you calmed me down
Thanks for making this video! I've recently been growing out my hair again after having it short for a while and watching this removed a lot of pointless stress
bro, I cannot thank you enough for this video. I have been freaking out about the slightly recessed hairline at my temples for about a week now. I originally thought I was getting up to Norwood 2, however any recession is not visible from the top of my head. This video has just made me decide that I have the typical wispy hairs around it rather than actual baldness.
This is the positive reassurance that I needed. Thank you
😮 Wow. 👏 Thank you! These things needed to be addressed, cause let's face it...we've _ALL_ thought about it and had these questions and wonders previously in our lives. Far time someone finally spoke on this/these issue(s).
As a barber I see hundreds of heads a week. And I get these questions constantly. And I give them the same advice you just gave in this video. Especially with my regular return clients I’d definitely be able to see change or hair loss over time, and it’s way more uncommon than common for most of the guys that are really worried about it to actually be loosing hair
I was concerning more when I started my journey but now i just don’t care much and they are growing just fine
And somehow my worries have been stopped 😃 Thanks so much Trav!
