5 NEW STYLE MODERN AMAZING CAKES with NO FONDANT in 5 minutes compilation! With Its A Piece Of Cake!
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
I love making cakes with no fondant not only are they much easier they even taste so much better. Like who would really choose fondant over chocolate? Another fantastic bonus point chocolate has is you can make your actual chocolate "case" days in advance then fill with your fresh cake when you need to..that way it splits the work so your not overwhelmed making it all at once. Using chocolate with silicone moulds is a must to learn Its just a perfect technique to learn when making family/friends cakes so you can make like i said the "case" in advance and be able to enjoy the celebrations without the rest.
I made chocolate make up and chocolate case about a week before my sisters actual birthday and then baked a carrot cake which I filled the case with a day before then put it all together in less then 20mins...and its moments like that silicone moulds and chocolate is a LIVE SAVER!

Yes some I baked in mould. The silicone moulds are oven safe. Just use a good quality non stick cooking spray so your cake releases easily.. ( I use bakels non stick spray)

thank you Herlinda 💖💝💞
how do you cut them? Doesn't the chocolate just shatter? they are lovely by the way!

Hi thank you 😀 yes the chocolate will shatter. But if you want a smooth cut then boil some water in the kettle pour in a mug place knife in mug for about 20 seconds that heats the blade and when you cut the chocolate you will get a super sharp clean cut...the blade will melt through the chocolate very quickly...

Hi, love your projects. Where do you get the colors. The luster dust and petal dust that I purchase don't color the chocolate like yours.

Hi Judith, Im glad you enjoy my tutorials 💖 yes same dusts are really made just to use on fondant. The brand I always use for chocolate is Roklem. They dusts are incredibly. very strong and such amazing shades. Once you start using Roklem you will never go to any other brand.
