Good thing these homes are all built to the latest building codes and are about as safe as you can get. I do agree that hurricanes have made Insurance in sarasota and Florida in general a big pain in the butt. I'd rather take a hurricane than a tornado ripping my roof clean off. I guess it all in the perspective, right?
