Namaste sir..I'm from Bangladesh. From the December 2022 I have Guttate psoriasis. First I have only few area. But now it spreads my full body. I consulted with a professor of dermatologist of PG hospital Dhaka..He gave me some lotions like overa lotion(indian), dyvon plus ointment, vitamin D, methotrax 10 mg, monus 10, ketoconazole sampoo, clovate scalp application, folic acid..In 1 month my psoriasis condition improved. But after few days it has come back although I am continuing these medicines properly...Continuing this medicines it doesn't remove..what should I do? Kindly give me some advice.
