A Little About me:
Hey everyone I'm Tony! Welcome to my channel where I share my journey towards financial freedom.
I believe anyone can achieve financial independence. In 2022, I left my corporate job and started day trading and investing. I quickly lost most of my money and had go back to corporate while juggling 2 side gigs instead. What seemed like an easy way to riches turned into a challenging but rewarding journey. I've earned $400,000 along the way.
My path has been a rollercoaster with many ups and downs. My education, especially as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III candidate, have been crucial in achieving financial stability.
I'm here to share my experiences so you can learn from my mistakes and avoid common pitfalls. Financial freedom means more quality time with my family and kids, and that’s what really matters.
On this channel, you’ll find practical advice on personal finance, investing, business ideas, and developing a growth mindset. I keep it real-no sugarcoating.

Speaking of ETFs, what's your opinion on the forecasts of fairly reputable financial corpos like Morningstar/Vanguard/Schwab, who're saying that the S&P500 returns will flatline in the upcoming decade? They're essentially claiming that the slowing economic growth, long term effects of high interest rates, limited room for profit growth and relatively bloated valuations, will make t-bonds more attractive due to similar projected returns but significantly lower risk

From current economic environment I believe over long enough of timeline (+30 years) US equities will still prevail. The sheer size and influence of American corporations is still very much unmatched on the world stage and the US middle class will keep spending turning the wheel. Tbills and bonds definitely have a place in truely balanced portfolio. Generally speaking, the older you get, the more you should diversify into bonds/tbills to decrease your risk exposure from equities, so they are right somewhat. Slowing economics and interest rate and business performance is always in economics cycles - the hard part is how to time it which no one can predict precisely
