Hi, you can freeze the buttercream frosting for up to 3 months in an airtight container or freezer bag. The day before you’re ready to use it, let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then bring it to room temperature before re-whipping again. You can also store the buttercream frosting in air tight containers in the fridge for up to a month. No drawback with this recipe, it even better than the regular buttercream recipe❤❤❤❤❤

Hi, thanks for the compliment. If you want to add cream cheese you have to adjust the proportion of butter by reducing by half.

Hi, yes shortening can be used in place of butter, but you will have to use butter flavour to infuse a buttery flavor to the frosting.

I softened the butter and then mixed it and combined everything but my frosting is very runny wwhat should i do? i dont have powdered sugar or cornstarch

Hi, you can keep it in the fridge for 30- 60 mins to solidify the butter, and then mix for a min to get the frosting fluffy again, I hope this works.

Hi, you can freeze the buttercream frosting for up to 3 months in an airtight container or freezer bag. The day before you’re ready to use it, let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight, then bring it to room temperature before re-whipping again. You can also store the buttercream frosting in air tight containers in the fridge for up to a month. No drawback with this recipe, it even better than the regular buttercream recipe❤❤❤❤❤

This looks nice for fillings and spreading on the cake but for piping I think the best piping buttercream vegan buttercream is bean paste

Hey can I butter the cream with a whisk or fork as well and make the buttercream and also for 100 g how much flour should I take?

Hi, thanks for the compliment. If you want to add cream cheese you have to adjust the proportion of butter by reducing by half.

No you can't use cocoa powder in place of flour. I'm currently working on the chocolate frosting recipe, the video will be up tomorrow, so watch out it.

I don't know if you did it already but I'd guess the mixture should be at least room temperature before adding it to the butter

Hi, yes shortening can be used in place of butter, but you will have to use butter flavour to infuse a buttery flavor to the frosting.

I suggest you use milk instead of water to get better tasting frosting, but if you dont mind you can use water in place of milk.

I softened the butter and then mixed it and combined everything but my frosting is very runny wwhat should i do? i dont have powdered sugar or cornstarch

Hi, you can keep it in the fridge for 30- 60 mins to solidify the butter, and then mix for a min to get the frosting fluffy again, I hope this works.

No, if you replace coconut oil with butter you might have a runny consistency.

mine kinda flopped 😭 the flour and sugar stuck on the pan and it mostly tastes like butter
