First time seeing cheese in a trifle-like dessert, not sure I’d like that but if you’re uncomfortable, I can suggest cream cheese with the cream & condensed milk which kinda makes it cheesecake territory. Where I am at, canned fruits are very much frowned upon so fresh fruits are even better. I like the coconut touch, only if you can actually buy it.
