“My back discomfort has gone away.” This is the good news sent by Coco shared three days into this 5-minute routine. Yes, she was careful to make the modifications her body was asking for -as you can see in the full KZread video dedicated to the Spine, and the Earth Element (See Bio for a link to my channel)! Next, it’s your turn to put to good use this mini yoga practice (or a variation of it).
So, once you’ve modified these moves as needed to create a five-minute routine that works for you, do it again each day this week.:-)
