Great work out! Do this 3 times a week and you will see a difference. I had to stop running due to knee issues and this is becoming a new passion. I started with 25lb weight's about 3 months ago and now I am at 35lbs. Thank you! Turning 50 soon!

did this workout today, fantastic!! can be doubled or trebled up, simple but effective and better than nothing. Just imagine if you dont already exercise for various reasons but you found you could do this every day....then see yourself in the mirror after 365 days I am sure you will see a difference! (with weight increments of course). If you do nothing else - do this everyday for 100 days and then leave your comments with Marsha!!

You are totally inspirational, I have just turned 60 and thought I should get in shape so I'm playing with 25kg on a bar to start with. I know I will never be able to do your full work out but I will do less repetitions on all your lifts. Great video!

My barbell arrived yesterday 😊😊the bar is 25lbs without weights so I just used the bar to see how the workout would go . Absolutely love the workout … 🥰🥰

The key with all condensed programs is maximising the volume by eliminating rest. When you watch some people in the gym it’s 40 mins checking instagram and sitting around for every 10 mins of exercise. I’m not sure about only 5 mins, but doing something is 100% better than making an excuse to skip exercise that day!

I love how I can use different equipment on your channel and pick whatever I feel like.

I used to not even be able to pick up 5 pound dumbells, and now I can **mostly** do this workout with 25 pounds. I’m so excited to see my body get stronger and thank you for this awesome workout!

Just got a bar with 2x 5 kg weights might just start off with bar only and do more reps and sets. I love bar bell work outs. I’m 68 and just getting back into it so will take it easy thanks for sharing

This was just what I needed today at the gym. Had to switch up a boring routine. Thank you! Now I need to work on my balance because my single leg dead lifts were horrendous 😂💪 woke up my core REAL good haha

Do 2 sets of 50 single leg calf raises 2 times a day and focus on your breathing. Along with that do 100 second holds with 2 legs twice a day and as you get better add 25 rises and add 50 seconds to your holds
You show awesome strength with all those overhead presses!

ok I am just starting. what barbell set do you recommend. I am 5'3, 118lb and have only done 5lb dumbells thus far...so I think I need a lighter set for now. ANYONE else new...what did you invest in for at home

You can get a modular barbell, it's like a set of dumbbell bars that you can assemble with a connector into a bar. It can be as long or as short as you want. (theres a few sizes of connector) that's what I use and I'm also a bit short.

So... there's 2 "fairly" fit guys attempted this with a 50-60kg Barbell... we managed, "one round" 😐 😥😃 (My partner "out performed" us with a sensible 30kg BB on the first try!!! In hindsight - ALWAYS listen to "the wife"... and however small the first step is, don't be too proud or over estimate yourself... progress = progress 😋😉💪👨👩👧🙏
