Stay with me for 5 minute during this guided meditation. We will focus on the breathe, and other senses to ground you in the present moment.
A good meditation is one where you just put your intention to meditate, no need to stress and wonder if you did it right, I myself struggle all the time, but it's okay, literally, everything is okay!
