5-Minute Arms and Legs Stretch | The Crane: Qigong Routine

This is a 5-minute qigong called the crane. Practicing this movement, helps you stretch and heal your arms, shoulders and legs. Especially useful for those who sit or stand for long periods of time and need to relax arms and legs.
