For some one like me, I was morbid lu overs earlier and now I am for af, L sits are the toughest for me tho hollow holds feel quite easy in comparison. Why is that?

I'm not an expert sir but from what I've learned so far, maybe you're lacking arm strength to support your body, or your body weight is heavy. Another reason is, lack of body control, or balance control to stay still doing L sit. If you have no problem with your core strength then, maybe strengthening your arm strength would make you capable to do L sit.
