I started watching your channel in 2020 when I decided to start growing my hair out. Its been over two years since I last watched a video of yours just due to life. This week I decided that I wanted to start to change my habits and feel better about myself. This video couldnt have been more perfectly timed.

Fabulous Video. Your tips are always welcome. Really appreciated the info on the skin care and will be looking into the chemical exfoliants. Have been on a two and a half year successful journey on growing out the hair and beard which resulted in attracting a more outdoorsy type of woman which was the goal. Will have to start upping the ruggedness archetype dress code to actually fit all the fishing, hunting, camping, motorcycling lifestyle that have been pursuing. All the tips are solid and will be passing this video onto some friends at the gym and at work.

One thing that improves everyone is nutrition. Not just tracking your overall diet but checking if what you usually eat provides enough of each vitamin or mineral. Often that is not the case and it causes poor health over the long term which impacts how you look asa a result.

I'm curious on what dry shampoo you use? I saw you used Pulp Riot Berlin, but I think that has limited wide availability to consumers now.

    1. I had zero sense of style. 2. I had no muscle. 3. I had no confidence. If you watch the video I talk about internal and external transformation.

Not complaining, but I thought you were cutting all of your hair off in February? I’ve been following you for a while and using your experience and knowledge while growing my hair out. I’m 54 years old and still growing strong. I’ve also owned Anson belts for years. Love them!

Hey Trav, I just turned 59 and I was losing hair like crazy about 2 to 2 and half years ago. I was loading creatine and thought that was the cause. Well turns out I was also eating a mostly plant based diet, finding out my body wasn't absorbing the vitamins and nutrients I believe causing the hair loss. I was very worried. Then I went hardcore carnivore, something amazing happened my hair started growing like grass again, now 16 months later my hair has completely returned and thick and healthy. It literally seemed like it had just stopped growing just sitting on my head. Now even at 59 it really is growing 1" to 1/4" inch a month. My skin is very clear as I get compliments from women saying how good I look. People tell me how healthy I look. Well that never happened on a plant based diet.

That thumbnail progression is just puberty. Also, you were already a good looking kid. How is "I grew up" a glow up?

  • @TravWhiteStyle

Unfortunately, I don't have many pictures from hitting puberty and still being a scrawny lanky kid. I tried to find more but they were low quality. I was 6'2" as a freshman in high school and definitely hit puberty, but I was still a scrawny shy kid. Additionally, I had zero sense of style. My clothes were too baggy, and my hair was not styled well. Not to mention the lack of social confidence. Puberty doesn't solve everything. Don't base it only on the thumbnail but on the content of the video.
