Very beautiful MashAllah. What is plot size? It doesn't look 25x45 and it doesn't have back open space which is mandatory in Lahore societies. Can you please share layout and structure map of it?

Jazakallah. Yes, bylaws are differentin Faisalabad. In Lahore, you will need a 6 Marla plot (30x45) to make this design. Sorry, we can’t share plans for free.

Not possible in 5 Marla. 4-5 bedroom can be made in 7 Marla Plot.

The stairs are on the left side of First Floor Kitchenette. All societies allow some area for mumty that can be used for storage.

Both kitchen are open no proper laundry for washing clothes. Double height concept fails due to air conditioning issue moreover cross ventilation is not present anywhere

First of all, It is not designed for you but someone else according to his/her requirements so we were bothered about catering their needs not yours. Secondly, Cross ventilation is there, Laundry area is on the Roof Top (as required by the client) kitchen can easily be closed by installing a glass Partition on Ground Floor and the on the First Floor its a Kitchenette so it is supposed to be open as it only gets used for snacks or something light.

It doesn't look like a 5 marla design as it's difficult to have a drawing room in it,wonderful if 5 marla

It's not 5 marla house basically it is located in Faisalabad where 5 marla is equal to 7 to 8 marla which is very large space as compared to other cities

It equal to 6 Marla in Lahore. The whole Puniab has the same size as Fsd. Only Lahore has smaller Marla.

The Tiles/wallpapers are such a tricky part. And budget plays a very important role in them. These houses are of budget category so we have to make some small compromises over the tiles as we gotta choose what’s affordable and readily available. Our designer always recommends us to use Black Aluminium but its gets spots easily but we prefer white.

22x61 is going to be very very different design. First of all, we will have to make a new plan according to the plot size. The construction cost will be 3600 (price per sqft with same finish) x2800 (approximate covered area of 6 Marla)= 1 crore.
