Being Pakistani... Roof stairs was not suitable for elders... even not enough place for fridge... powder room was for smaller than 5.4 ft peoples... Big issue for laundry area, And also You can't bring anything easily to roof😂 kapry sukhany, dhhony sab mushkil🤥

The best i have seen in 5 marla so far

As an Architect with 10+ experience in field i would say that this is a typical "thekdaar design". So many flaws in this design: 1. Kitchen (where user will place the fridge in this tiny kitchen? 2. Powder under stair case: user has to mind their head every time due to its ceiling height. 3. A ledder to roof top: by avoiding mumty floor ( which is a need of every house) and giving access like this makes no sense. 4. No laundry area: How will the user do thier laundry? In rear open area and where they will dry their clothes? Wohi seedhi charhy ga roof top wali? 5. Terrace? It should be added.

There is no attention to details given. Not a pratical design bro. Alot of flaws. Wohi baat, soorkhi powder laga ke paish kiya hai interior main. Baki khokla maal hai.

Laundry area is not there... And plz someone tell why are the clothing wadrobes inside the washrooms.. No one thinks its unhygienic.. All the smell and moisture from washroom will get into the clothes

overall this house is very modern, love the bathrooms, but not very practical, downstairs living area is very small and powder room is directly in the living area, Should of had 3 bedrooms upstairs and open plan kitchen dinning and living area downstairs.
