Good Listener , understanding, Not to gun after w/o finding out the reason , not a good manger after telling the reason and accusing ! Be a good coach, Navigation on a project depends on their leadership ! In biz., need the objective related not waste time in language and it is important to document facts!!!!!! When removing facts, transparency is lost! Be very Transparent, to set financial and non financial goals! Employees are not hard, depends on Managers to reverse that misconception!

Often managers in multinational companies use the cheap strategy; to be connected more closely with top management, in catastrophic situation, they pass the ball to subordinates and play a blame game, which is very frustrating and destructing for company's working environment value. It is common result to push all failing liabilities to the executives whilst in successive moments only managers' planing and team building skills are highlighted and appreciated. How can we get rid of this??

It depends on your career. In a skilled profession all you really need is as a good a grasp of your job as the best person you are managing. This will allow you to make correct judgements on your subordinates abilities and efforts. In any career you will need to have a plan that can be easily communicated and followed, and dont just think and say it is, know it is because everyone is able to follow the plan. Last, take responsibility for the failures of your team, the worst managers spend more time trying to make everybody else responsible for everything while reserving all judgemental authority for themselves, robbing everybody of the ability to succeed.
